The first proven vaccine was from Pfizer, which did not participate in OWS, but received funding from a similar German government program.
Exactly. This wasn't USA-based. This is a worldwide pandemic. There are people still working on this 24/7 everywhere behind the scenes who we will never know. Every day, trying to fix this.

Donald Trump requested a mail-in ballot for Palm Beach county’s municipal election in Florida earlier this week, despite a long record of attacks against what he has labeled a “fraudulent” voting method.
The local election marked the third instance of the former president voting by mail since changing his residency from New York to Florida in October 2019.
Trump’s private resort and club, Mar-a-Lago, is in Palm Beach and he flew there from the White House on his last day in office on 20 January, before his successor, Joe Biden, was even inaugurated.
His latest action further undermines the talking point, advanced by him and others, that mail-in ballots cost him the November election.

Washington (CNN)All living former Presidents Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama and their respective former first ladies -- with the exception of the Trumps -- are part of a newly released ad campaign urging Americans to get the coronavirus vaccine when it is their turn, a push that is aimed squarely at combating vaccine skepticism.
The ad campaign reunites almost every member of the so-called President's Club, the group of living former commanders in chief. Former President Donald Trump and former first lady Melania Trump are not featured in either ad, the only living president and first lady to not participate. CNN has previously reported that both received the coronavirus vaccine in January at the White House but did not publicize the fact until weeks after they had left Washington. On Wednesday, before the ad was published, Trump put out a statement claiming credit for the vaccine, but he was not included in the ad promoting it to the American people.
There are two ads in the campaign: a minute-long, more personal spot that shows the four former presidents and former first ladies receiving their vaccines, and another that features Clinton, Bush and Obama standing together to urge Americans to step up and get vaccinated.
With vaccines becoming more widely available in cities and states across the country, those in charge of getting vaccines in the arms of Americans are eager to use the influence of people such as the former presidents to push people to get their shots. Vaccine hesitancy remains an issue, even as the number of people hesitant to get the vaccine has been dropping rapidly.

Before you look at this graph, remember that Trump is the only living American president who did not release footage of his vaccination, and indeed went out of this way to keep it a secret

Absolutely nobody, including the snootiest effete urban liberal, has more contempt for Donald Trump's core supporters than Donald Trump and his media propaganda army
Former president Donald Trump’s son Eric, who runs the family’s private company, touted the potential of transforming their Doral golf resort into a gambling destination amid a quiet push among Florida Republicans to legalize casinos in areas of the state that have long opposed them.
Although Republican legislative leaders have not yet submitted a bill, word of a proposal has spread widely enough that both supporters and opponents already are gearing up for a fight that they say could be more intense than in previous years due to Trump’s potential interest and his close relationship with Gov. Ron DeSantis (R).
The bill would allow developers to transfer gambling licenses to properties in areas where casinos have long been prohibited and bar local municipal governments from intervening, according to a half dozen policymakers, lobbyists and other stakeholders, some of whom spoke on the condition of anonymity because the bill’s language has not yet been made public.

a trump casino? What could possibly go wrong?
They just blew up one of them in Atlantic City. Who but the former can't make a casino make money?

In other photos, I saw a 45 on the right side of that ball cap and I wondered if he's going to be like the guy who only talks about that one touchdown run he made in high school.
I don’t think that’s DFO. The face and jowls are too thin. Also, too, I don’t remember seeing him in a golf shirt with the presidential seal before this. IIRC the thousands of pics of him showed only a plain white shirt with the ‘Trump’ seal. Thinking back, I’m actually surprised he didn’t flaunt the presidential seal then.

Here is Lani's post on the 'Trump's influence going forward' thread on the 14th. Note the decorations on the wall; same location. It's the same hat, but different shirt. It looks like Trump to me.
