So is he also advocating that I should no longer have to pay school taxes because I don't have kids in public school? Actually, I never had kids in public school and paid school taxes. I even had to fight the public school system to get one of my kids into a summer program he was interested in. Enrollment on a first come, first serve basis and I was the third to sign up but was told he would have to wait until the day before the program started before we would know if he was in it because they took all the currently enrolled students first and he'd only get a space if the class didn't fill. Nope, that's not how it's supposed to work for a free, public school, open enrollment summer class.
