No bad news. No miracles, but she is going mostly in the right direction.
Okay. She did well through the night. They have been able to slowly decrease the help she is getting from the ventilator. If all continues as is or better, Today or sometime tomorrow they will take her off ventilation for a trial and see how she does without it.
Her urine output has increased and is better but not normal yet.

Her heart rate has returned to normal.

Her BP is still low but better, and that's with removing one of the BP support meds so now on 2 rather than 3. Her infection has been steadily improving. Her lactic acid (which is how they measure it) has reduced from a 10 shortly after arrival to a 4.2

The hepatology team rounded with them this morning and ordered an additional antibiotic. She wakes when they go in to tend to her and is coherent and oriented, the slips right back to sleep due to the sedation, which they are also slowly decreasing but want to keep her comfortable. It seems to be working. That is all.
