Here's her full monologue. Definitely not deceptively edited, and I don't know how she got to lieutenant corporal, but I suspect some combination of dishonest (& failed) rank fluffing, stupidity, out and out lying, and reading at a 3rd grade level.

My impression of 'lil Lauren Boebert's new voice and style is that she recently watched an old movie starring Lauren Bacall. All she needs to complete the look is to add a Chesterfield cigarette.
