Ya Melania vanished for a short while in May 2018. They told the press she was having Kidney Surgery. When she came back into view she was very obviously inflated.

I don't think Dolly and the Colorado grifter travel in the same circles. One's donated an astronomical amount of books to kids, the other likes being exposed to penii while underaged.
