There's a bevy of lawyers who signed this.

Two causes of action: Violation of the First Amendment, and declaratory relief (saying section 230 is unconstitutional).

A well-dressed loser.

What class would that be? All Republicans kicked off the platforms, poli-tick-ians kicked off the plattforms, everyone kicked off the plattforms?

No, but she can chain herself to Mar-A-Lago until Trump adds her to the class-action suits.

Here's the proposed class for the Twitter suit:
All Twitter platform Members who reside in the United States, and between June 1, 2018, and today, had their access to their social media accounts wrongly restricted or curtailed by these Defendants and who were damaged thereby.

How will they prove the "wrongly" part ? Depositions to the thousands?

"Foreign corporation" just means a company doing business in a jurisdiction other than where it was incorporated.

So both twitter and facebook have TOS clauses about venues for any cause for actions against the companies. Florida is not the proper venue.

OK. So this isn't actually a lawsuit. It's a tweet with a filing fee. This is immediately apparent to any minimally competent attorney who so much as glances at the caption and causes of action.

That doesn't mean this is apparent to @IBOLLC
and the other clowns who signed this.

Foreign as in not from Florida.

That's the same boilerplate they use here.

I assume, possibly completely wrongly, that this is some sort of attempt to get Section 230 before the SCOTUS. I am often amazed at the convolutions of legal decisions. :bag:

That shirley will be the expressed motivation.

I assume this is a grift. It is basically a supersized version of the Loomer/Klayman failsuit.
