Didn’t see one so am making this a topic.

Mack sez Utah Sheriffs are getting on board, all 29 siging a gun resolution (28 doing so in 2012). Coupled with NV counties becoming "Constitutional," he sez he has asked "big donors " for money to hire more Sheriffs to spread the fuck the feds message - mentioning David Clarke as one. Mack believes this is how their revolution will occur without violence.

I think he'll be successful at getting 28 Utah counties to join Elko, NV.

I wouldn't be surprised if he gets signatures but l also imagine any that would sign it would also turn tail as soon as real danger to them shows up as seems to be their custom.

Piute and Garfield Counties, Utah, have Sagebrush Reb Commissioners who support Bundy (Piute, Bushman; Garfield, Pollock), were American Lands Council Gold contributors ($50k / yr), and already have CSPOA Sheriffs (Danny Perkins and Marty Gleave. Watch these commissions become a "Constitutional County" and CSPOA member.

Marty is the nephew of Stanton Gleave - a grazing permit renouncer. Stanton, Cliven and Finicum had a pact to come to another's aid, Finicum described it as Cliven, Moses; Stanton, Aaron; himself, Hur.

Here's Marty with Danny after Malheur fell telling the State Legislature’s Rural Caucus he told the USFS to piss off earlier in the year in relation to Stanton's cattle.

So, it's not their custom, I'm afraid.

This is just scary. You've got elected officials and police officers claiming the right to decide what the law is and what it isn't, and enforce it as they choose. All based on their pig-ignorant, self-serving interpretations of Shari-- err, "the Constitution." In a bunch of small, rural counties in Nevada and Utah that are probably contiguous enough to form a state-sized area. You thought Bunkerville was bad? Imagine Bunker Nation. It'll happen soon enough.

IREHR’S LETTER TO THE TEXAS COMMISSION ON LAW ENFORCEMENT July 6, 2021

Dear Texas Commission on Law Enforcement:

We are reaching out to your office concerning upcoming events in Texas announced by the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA). According to that organization, this event is being co-hosted with two Texas county sheriff’s departments. Promotional materials for those events further indicate that Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) credits are offered to peace officers who attend (six hours in Burnet County, twelve in Houston County).

First, CSPOA is currently co-sponsoring a nationwide tour with an antisemitic QAnon conspiracist. Robert David Steele is a prolific purveyor of antisemitism who spews conspiracy theories about “satanic Zionists” engaged in a global plot against white people; deems Jews “a secret society that believes itself to be exempt from all laws and customs of others;” promotes Holocaust denial; calls for jailing all Jews not sufficiently “loyal to the Republic;” and declares that we must “eradicate every Zionist who refuses to be loyal to their country of citizenship and the rule of law.”

Second, promotional materials indicate that Michael Peroutka is scheduled to speak at the event you are co-sponsoring. Peroutka was a national board member of the white nationalist secessionist group, the League of the South, a group that seeks a whites-only ethnostate in the U.S. south, promotes vicious antisemitism, and has forged alliances with neo-Nazis. Peroutka has denounced the Union’s victory in what he calls the “War Between the States.” Peroutka even led the League of the South convention in singing what he called the “national anthem” – “Dixie.” While Peroutka later backed away when his ties were exposed in 2014, he stated that “I don’t have any problem with the organization.”

Lastly, we have concerns over the CSPOA, headed by longtime militia leader Richard Mack. The group promotes the long-discredited idea derived from the violently racist and antisemitic Posse Comitatus that sheriffs can usurp the judicial branch’s role in interpreting the Constitution and unilaterally override federal, state, and local laws. The job of sheriff is challenging enough without being saddled with these unconstitutional burdens.

The implicit stamp of approval by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement to an event like this poses serious questions regarding civil rights and equal protection under the law.

TWO TEXAS SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENTS CO-SPONSOR EVENTS WITH FAR-RIGHT POSSE PROPONENTS
By Chuck Tanner and Devin BurghartJuly 7, 2021

Former sheriff Richard Mack is on a mission to resurrect the Posse Comitatus and recruit local law enforcement to his cause. Part of fulfilling that mission involves his organization, the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA), co-sponsoring a national bus tour with an antisemitic conspiracy monger.

At the same time, CSPOA is scheduled to hold two events in Texas for “sheriffs, peace officers and elected officials” this week. The events are co-sponsored by county sheriff’s departments and feature Mack and a former white nationalist secessionist group leader.

Titled “The County Sheriff: America’s Last Hope” and boasting that “This training is absolutely guaranteed to provide irrefutable evidence that sheriffs and local officials of each county or parish, possess the power and duty to protect their constituents from ALL enemies, foreign and domestic,” the events highlight the influence of the Posse Comitatus on the CSPOA and their reach into law enforcement. [1]

The events are slated for July 8 in Burnet and July 9 in Crockett, Texas. Promotional material claims that the meetings are co-hosted by CSPOA and the Houston and Burnet County sheriff’s departments.[2] The Grapeland, Texas Chamber of Commerce is also promoting the Crocket event.[3]

Promotional materials also indicate that peace officers who attend can receive as many as twelve hours of credit towards their Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) proficiency certificates. The combination of sheriff’s department co-sponsorships with the implicit imprimatur of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement lends unwarranted credibility to the troubling far-right gathering.

CSPOA in the home of the Freemen (Cedar City), a seminar for the NCCS (Kathy/Bert Smith; think pocket constitutions); Mack one for UT Sheriffs. Probably some rancher recruitment.

Also, note the logo similarity.

How fun.

I mentioned Sam Bushman in the Bundy topic. However, there's overlap, as I've said, and perhaps even this is the wrong topic, the 1/6 or Oathkeeper threads better. Oh well.

Like Mack, Bushman (CSPOA ops) has regularly had Oathkeepers' Rhodes on his Loving Liberty Network show (sometimes together). For reference, Bushman had Rhodes on his show multiple times leading up to 1/6.

There's been a recent month or two gap - until now.

What's nice about Bushman’s show is both Rhodes and fellow Oathkeeper Mack are comfortable and feel free to be their real selves while allocuting.

I wrote a piece in 2017 (Blind Leading the Blind; https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_UP ... p=drivesdk) about Bushman and the theoconstitutional network behind him. A secondary lede was industrial wreckreation and Teton Sports - where Bushman and his wife also work.

The CSPOA currently sells Teton Sports outdoor gear.

The Smith NCCS (pocket constitutions) hasn't done an event like this for over a decade, as it's been the now toxic NFLC instead.

Get ready for a slew of UT counties becoming CSPOA along with Sheriffs, then ranchers renounce.

Side note: like the also Smith seeded ALC, counties are sending tax dollars to CSPOA - that doesn’t report income via a 501(3)c unlike the ALC.

It's gonna be beautiful.

I'm odd, so was reviewing vids associated with an account that appeared and had footage at several gun, militia and other events from 2014-2016.

https://m.youtube.com/user/tuck0411/videos

Here is Mack in Olypmia, WA with several goons, including Cope Reynolds and Gavin Seim, at an open carry rally. At 24:15 he says he "doesn't want to do it" but was told by "a group of people who were asking for answers to what we were doing" to help all start "The Constitutional County Project" complete with a .org website (URL now parked).

You might recall that Mack was on the ARISEUSA tour promoting this idea, celebrating several NV counties passing resolutions, Kathy Smith present at an event. At the time most - including me - thought this a new thing for the CSPOA. While it still just might be (CSPOA membership), it certainly is not for that "group of people" looking for answers.

The parked website is associated with a scam prepper community in Navajo County, AZ run by LDS nuts at https://www.homesteadershaven.com/. Mack and several others tried to take over the county that is half indigenous.

RW Watch talks Pueblo, CO and misses Sam Bushman, from 2014.

The Sheriff Mack Show debuted on https://brighteon.tv/ 8/24/21 with Sam Bushman a co-host. I'm catching up as they allocute.

In that first episode they talk of "miracles," Mack’s first his wife whose family were "constitutional." They didn't get married right away because, of course, she wasn't yet old enough.

What's great about Brighteon's interface is you can double-time the whole affair, the next for me their ode to Robert David Steele.

Saw the most recent first, JBS New American's Newman - a regular meet up for years with these three - celebrating another "Constitutional County" in New York.

Note Mike Adam's BS everywhere in adverts.

Jenkins says Steele died because he went to the hospital, calling the doctors and nurses murders.

Bushman retorts he almost died, went to the hospital a couple of times, took ivermectin (not like he'd go blind) and went home. Says he lived because he didn't stay in the hospital and caught covid around the same time as Steele. This coincides with their Red Pill and AriseUSA events in S.D. in July.

Mack's show with Bushman yesterday, Constitutional Sheriff Watts from Eureka NV.

https://brighteon.com/8299239d-241e-487 ... c7dc06a022

At 16: 30 Mack tells Watt that Sheriffs should tell business owners they will not arrest people for violating both mandates and business request/policies, meaning if a business wants to kick someone and calls the Sheriff they are shit out of luck.

Sam celebrated 25 years of broadcasting last weekend.

Proof the ADL is bias. It will touch on Islam and "Christian Identity" but never radical, theoconstitutional, Benson Mormons.

Ask Pitcavage about his LDS family.

No money followed nor the founding network. No Bushman, Smith or the word "Mormon," Skousen only mentioned twice.

An "expert" report that, really, is the same old, same old.

Messimer and Mother Jones did a piece 6 months or more ago on Bundy and PRN. In it, she doesn't follow the money and attributes my work to Quammen (who in fairness, afterward corrected MJ who did nothing).

Here is another piece, this one Mack & the CSPOA. Note no money is followed, nothing on the Smith network behind Mack's past and present by Messimer or any of the experts (Pitcavage, Tanner, Burghardt).

At the least this shit is useless. Most, Harmful.
