July 7th the petition for Re-Hearing was Docketed. A Conference date for this Case # 22-1028, will most likely be set after SCOTUS returns from recess in October.

That was in 2023. And the rehearing petition was denied on August 21, 2023.

A Google search brings up many, many, many state and federal case stretching back to the aughts. It's his hobby but it might get harder as a court stated he used up his pro se IFP 3 strike (Heck?)

That would explain why no Brunson is mentioned on today's order list from the long conference. Raland and that other unrelated Brunson had their rehearing petitions denied in the summer.

I'm watching this. I'm familiar with the Brunsons' litigation, and Loy's fanfiction about their cases is amazing. What he describes is pure and has no basis in reality.

Did he file a suit against the Federal district court or are these the defendants in his previous case? If he filed something, it must be in the Utah state court because I see nothing on PACER. Unless it gets bounced quicker, I assume any case he might have filed will get removed, just like Raland's case again the 3 Supremes.

The alternative is he nuts or just making stuff up as he goes.

You have to register or at least pay an initial $5 one-time fee for Utah court cases and there are fees for queries and docs though they will be deducted from the $5. Not interested in bothering with that for now.
