Yeah, his "going pubic" plan doesn't seem to be going very well. Shocker, I know.

Writing on Twitter, Petrizzo contends that "MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s attempted Frank Speech stock rollout has been a total disaster," which he says "started with him telling his followers the incorrect ticker for the penny stock that trades OTC.

"Confused MAGA followers who couldn’t find it on Robinhood ... got mad at Lindell," he reported.

If his plan was to do a pump-and-dump of his own penny stock to raise cash, he's not off to a great start. I hear there is a guy named Jordan who might have some experience in this area but may not want to see a fed camp again.

Too also, um, a pump-and-dump on your own stock may have some insider trading issues, but what's a little fraud among MAGA friends?

Is his "social media" thing a real app? Do people use it? I see quotes from trump "truth" place on twitter, but never any screenshots from Lindell's place. I do see that videos of his junk from time to time are posted.

So, I had a cup of coffee and felt a lil frisky, so I loaded up his website. It's all videos. Zillions of them. There's no interactivity at all (unless there are comments sections with each vid and I'm not feeling that frisky).

About the only thing I can think of that's more dangerous than buying a penny stock is shorting one... if you're not in on the pump-and-dump, that is.

Extend, Inc, a California firm that allows merchants to provide customers with product protection plans, is accusing Lindell, of promising, then failing, to pay $564,151.39 in outstanding invoices.

Hopefully the fair gets paid for the booth rental. I wonder if it's some poor schmuck who was told he'd rake it in if he got space at the fair. Lindell would sell him pillows at a discount and all he has to do is resell them. People love those pillows! We've done all the marketing!!

Payments
The first half of exhibit space rent is due by February 15 with the return of the Renewal Application. The remainder of exhibit space rent is due by August 5. Any amount not paid by August 5 will be considered delinquent and will be assessed a penalty of $100.

Payment for any item purchased from or service performed by the Fair, if not otherwise specified, shall become due and payable on or before the last day of the Fair. It will be considered delinquent on October 31 and will be assessed a finance charge of 1.5% per month until paid.

TL/DR: Booth rental is paid in advanced. Any percentage is paid by the end of the fair.

Too, also, they have to have insurance.

Some fairs, especially a large one, are used to working with all sorts of different types and sizes of vendors.

He agreed to start making payments on this debt over a year ago when DHL sued him before. He paid off about $67,000 of the nearly $800,000 and then stopped making payments. This isn't his first rodeo over this debt.
