I'm sure that is Borowitz-esque, but OMG - the concept that school shootings reduce childcare costs sounds like a GOP/NRA position they would actually argue internally until someone brought the conversation back to Earth.

Didn't the failing NYT recently report that fuckhead's plan to increase affordable housing was to deport the immigrants who were living in such houses? NB Times seemed to think it was a legitimate idea, so who knows?
