Vance's wife, Usha Chilukuri Vance, praised her husband during day three of the Republican National Convention for his approach to their lifestyle differences, saying that while he is a "meat and potatoes guy," he adapted to her vegetarian diet and had even learned to cook Indian food for her mother.

Usha Vance, the daughter of Indian immigrants, spoke ahead of her husband's vice presidential nominee acceptance speech, noting that JD had become an integral part of her family. Some people choose to refrain from consuming meat for cultural, religious, ethical or health purposes.

As far as I've seen, Stefanik (my despicable congresswoman) has never overtly campaigned for VP. She went ultra MAGA between the first and second impeachments, but continued to use the weasel words to express her beliefs. In the past year, she has stopped weaseling, and is opening racist, lying, and vicioius, parrotitng the words of the Orange One.

She is possibly too smart to have ever considered that she had a chance. Hard to tell since, as we see on daily, power goes straight to the critical thinking center of the brain and fries it, taking out anything in the shape of a moral compass as well.

Who knows how he treats her or speaks of her in private. I can bet it's not well. And she knows it.

She's plain. People noticed she lost weight and speculated it was because of him. Who knows. But she's lacking in glamor or charisma.
