Trumps lawyers have responded. I just watched this MTN YT video with Michael Popok and Karen Friedman Agnifilo. I thought they discussed the issues thoroughly and clearly without being as repetitive as some MTN videos seem to be. I found it worth watching.

On the Legal AF podcast, National defense attorney Michael Popok and former prosecutor Karen Friedman Agnifilo discuss whether Judge Engoron will hold a hearing to determine if Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba and her co counsel representing Allen Weisselberg violated her ethical duties and should be referred to the bar for discipline by allowing a perjurer to testify in the NY civil fraud case.
