As with everthing about Donny, it doesn't matter what HE thinks. (I know, assuming facts not in evidence). It matters what his BASE thinks. And they believe that remembering four or five words means that he is the stable genius he claims to be.
Donny needs more than just his base to win the next election. Bragging about "Person. Woman. Man. Camera. TV." is not going to win him any new supporters and is more likely to cost him some.

This was Ten Years ago, and he was getting about as many retweets and likes as he is getting now on TS. Still as much of a loser as he is today.

He did ignore him when he could have at least said he told him to claim executive privilege. It still wouldn't have been valid but might have given Pete some reasonable doubt wiggle room.

Joe Biden is not paying Iran $6 billion. A deal to release prisoners held in Iran allows blocked Iranian assets to be transferred out of South Korea.

That is the same lie they ranted about the JCPOA. In that agreement some large amount of frozen Iranian assets were unfrozen and Republicans ranted about Obama giving millions of dollars to Iran. And it wasn't even the US that had the frozen funds, it was other countries that had frozen those funds and then unfroze them under the agreement. It was a lie on more than one level.

I absolutely loathe Republicans/Trumplicans.

I have mentioned before about the guy near the top of the hill who has kept his BIG trump/pence sign up since long before the 2020 election. Went by it today. Pence's name has been painted over. :rotflmao:

"Not a great statement": Legal experts say Trump lawyer just destroyed his argument to delay tria
Alina Habba told Fox News Trump didn't need to "prep" for his trial because he's "incredibly intelligent"

By GABRIELLA FERRIGINE News Fellow
PUBLISHED AUGUST 28, 2023 11:29AM (EDT)

Trump attorney Alina Habba claimed that the former president will not need any preparation ahead of his numerous overlapping trials because he is "incredibly intelligent" unlike the "average person." Habba told Fox News host Shannon Bream that "if this was a normal person... I could understand the concern" but Trump is "incredibly intelligent and he knows the ropes." She questioned, "What is he going to have to be prepped for? The truth? You don't have to prep much when you've done nothing wrong."

Some legal experts cautioned that Habba undercut Trump's argument that he needed extensive time to prepare for his trials. "Trump's lawyer tells FOX her client 'knows all the facts' and doesn't need time to prep for the coup trial — while his other lawyer says he needs till April 2026 because it's so complex," noted longtime Harvard legal scholar Laurence Tribe. "Wow," marveled attorney George Conway, writing that Habba "really did" destroy Trump's lawyers' argument. "Not a great statement to make just prior to DC Judge anticipated ruling tomorrow on DC trial date," warned former Mueller prosecutor Andrew Weissmann. "The more his lawyers speak for political purposes, the more they harm/impact the legal case," tweeted national security attorney Mark Zaid.

How stupid is Habba to believe Trump is incredibly intelligent, or how stupid does she think the rest of us "average people" are to fall for that incredibly fetid pile of excrement?

You know who falls for that? Yes, you know.
