Klayman is representing Loomer in a malpractice suit (filed in state court) against Coleman.

I haven't read the complaint, but others are saying that Coleman (allegedly) made several serious errors. And folks are surprised Klayman was able to competently plead all of them.

Meanwhile, in the main case, Klayman and Loomer filed a response, declaring they really aren't jerking everyone around.

The judge gave CAIR a week to respond; a response that may include a request for contempt sanctions.

Loomer concluded the post with the hashtag #LOOMERED — a term widely used to describe when she confronts a politician or public figure about their wrongdoings. Gen. Flynn responded by quote tweeting the post and adding, “Homey don’t play that game And he wishes his book was a Barnes & Noble bestseller without all the fanfare he gets from his butt kissers in the MSM.”

This is the second time Loomer has confronted Comey. Just last week, President Donald Trump shared her video of that confrontation on Truth Social. Loomer told the Gateway Pundit that she was in Illinois after being asked to be the maid of honor at her best friend’s wedding and saw that Comey would also be in town for the book event.

“I find it ironic that a real life criminal is now writing crime novels instead of spending time in prison for conspiring against a sitting US president,” Loomer said. “But I guess it takes a criminal to know a criminal.” “Perhaps it is more of a manifesto than a novel,” Loomer laughed.

When asked what was going on by a Naperville Police officer, Loomer told them that she had been questioning a criminal who was speaking on the stage. She was ultimately detained for about 15 minutes before being released. Loomer’s friend who remained in the audience said she overheard one woman complain about the confrontation, while another called the move “brave.” The footage will be released by tomorrow morning. The only defendant from Florida was the local counsel. Since they did not specify an amount per defendant, and the amount overall is listed at the end as $10M*, is this ripe for removal at least from the out of state defendants?

Mike D. actually touched on this: Mike D. believes Klayman added in local counsel only to destroy diversity. That is, because Loomer and local counsel are both Florida residents, the suit has to be heard in a Florida state court; the other defendants be damned.

And there's no way this case is somehow going to be split between in-state and out-of-state defendants.

To establish that, there would have to be no allegations in the Complaint of any wrongdoing by him, or some other way of showing very obviously that he shouldn't be in the case. The vast majority of the malpracticing alleged happened before local counsel joined.

But there's probably just enough alleged after local counsel's appearance that it'll defeat any claim of fraudulent joinder.

I'm not saying Klayman did a good job here; I'm saying Klayman has some good facts and he didn't mess them up.

But I have faith in Klayman to find new and unexpected ways of sinking this case.

My current parish and prior ones I have been in have been involved in ministries for prisoners and/or their families. They do it for the families and the prisoner. Loomer and others only does this to make political points or attention. The prisoner and their families are nothing but tools for folks like Loomer to use.

It's the spike proteins that the people who got the jab are shedding all over them. Most restaurants made their help get vaccinated (I doubt this is true but it fits the narrative) and they're shedding all over the food.
