“We got the joy of the Holy Ghost!” chanted a group of Jesus lovers as they made their way up and down Santa Monica Boulevard in the heart of West Hollywood’s LGBT Rainbow District as part of a Jesus March pop-up led by Sean Feucht.
The crowd, which also included small children, waved flags bearing Jesus’ name, they danced on the street, pounded on drums, and chanted, “Jesus! Jesus! Jesus loves you California,” while they passed Rocco’s WeHo, Mother Lode, and The Abbey.
A video posted on Sean Feucht’s Twitter account captured some highlight’s from the West Hollywood Jesus March. Some were not impressed and gave the Jesus marchers the middle finger.
He seems to be a very bad Michael Bolton impersonator on the looks. Dudes still get their hair permed in this century?
Sean, dude, ya know why I do not like evangelicals? Spectacles like this. Spectacle is not substance. I dislije pushy, hypocritical spectacle more than any other kind and that’s all you know. LOOK AT ME.
Why don’t you try bringing souls into your church instead of herding them?

A conga line of locals joining in and others laughing and inviting them in to talk about unconditional love would have been more effective at communicating than hand gestures IMO.

Ah, yes. YOU WILL come to Jesus because we say so. It never occurs to them that people already have a religion. In Hollywood it could be just about any of them. I doubt singing dancing Jesus will persuade them to switch teams.
Grow up and leave us alone, you psychos. I thought God doesn’t like it when you make a spectacle of your religion.
I know maybe I was a bit crude to Michael Bolton (the singer, not the Office Space character). But those were the 70s, 80s and early 90s. Those were BIG HAIR days for dudes. The year now is 2023 and grown men, including Michael Bolton and Kenny G go to barbers, not salons for treatments.
In this episode, Boebert posits that not having access to birth control is "a really great thing."

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO): “I left a prescription at a pharmacy once. I went to get birth control … The price was very, very high ... And I said, 'It’s cheaper to have a kid.' And I left it there, and now I have my third son.”
ETA: Also, bullshit. I have no idea how much her birth control was, but having had a number of children, it cannot possibly be more expensive than having a kid.

When you give up that baby to the adoption system it becomes fairly cheap, just being the birthing machine ...
I guess. I've had to pay the hospital bill from a birth with shitty 80/20 insurance though, someone is still paying out the nose. Took me YEARS to pay that kid off and own him outright.

Reports are Rep Lauren Boebert and alleged boyfriend Sean Feutch are planning to start a “MAGA Church” together. Sure sound like a couple to me. But I digress. Do they realize starting a church based on their political views is not a church? It just a meeting hall for MAGA’s to meet. Maybe a concert hall for Sean to play in. But not a church. Before they become the next Jim and Tammy Faye Baker. The couple will face questions from the IRS as churches cannot be political. Of course many do but most are not so blatant as to call their church a “MAGA Church” like Feutch and Boebert. At least Boebert will have something to do after she is defeated in 2024.
