Brilliant. In their desire to be independent of the mean ol' government, they may be giving up protections for their personal actions that having an organization would afford them. In other words, they may be personally liable for the income (not tax exempt) that PRN has brought in, and for any criminal acts that the "organization" has committed.

UPDATE: Looks like judge ordered default in Bundy case. She says they failed to plead or otherwise defend against complaint w/in time allowed by law, therefore St Luke's is entitled to entry of Default against Ammon Bundy, Ammon Bundy for Governor, and People’s Rights Network.

I generally prefer my beef to be cooked, but if they are making Bundy Beef cooled on the grill, that might be a Idaho thing.

Probaby upposed to be "cooked" rather than "cooled" on the Traeger, which is a great smoker.

I'm on my last tank of propane and will be grilling with charcoal henceforth. The propane grill was a gift, but I used it and now I'm done. I have a nice bag of charcoal all ready to go.

After having those asshats in custody where I work while they awaited trial for the MWR debacle, I believe that they were afforded more access to the necessary tools to fight their case then most of the other AICs that are housed at MCDC.
I am hoping he will do the right thing before other people are killed or injured. However, I suspect my hope about that is a foolishly optimistic.
