If I am reading correctly, I think she blew her time for an expedited election matter because she did file a NOA with the appeals court the day after the one was filed in the Superior Court. Therefore, it is sitting on the 30-day timeline for the Superior Court to transmit the record to the Court of Appeals, which will trigger the case at that level.
