So it seems that Tasha (Stewie's estranged wife) was not asked to testify in his detention hearing by the prosecution. She saw the news reports and then called the court and asked if she could supply additional info. Court agreed and held a separate hearing by phone after her call. Is this normal? Seems weird to me but IANAL.
