Shit is getting real when a Republican from South Carolina is arguing against state's rights.

Wasn't one of the R's arguments in favor of SCOTUS overturning Roe v Wade that the issue should be left up to the states? IOW, states rights.

Now that Roe is gone, the R's are trying to pass a national statutory ban on abortion. This is the antithesis of leaving it to the states.

Republicans’ ultimate goal is a nationwide ban, preferably from conception. In the meantime they’re throwing anything and everything against the wall to see what sticks…just as they did throughout the time that Roe was the law of the land.

Many of the "conservative" women spouting that crap the loudest have themselves had abortions. :nope:

Now that Roe is gone, the QOP needs a new carrot on the stick to motivate their base....

I’m as against Graham as the next person, but this is garbage.

Agreed. Just the heading is enough for me not to want to watch it.

I really wish they hadn't given this show to Stephanie Ruhle. IMHO she allows her own emotions to "ruhle" her too often and she lacks the skills to manage a panel well, as demonstrated by allowing something like that to hapen. Ali Velshi and several others would have been a much better choice.

Oh course this is garbage, but he's brought all this upon himself. He's a powerful sitting US Senator attacking women. The comments there made are probably true-- they make sense. We have little power as the general populace/voters. F-him. I don't feel bad he was called out on what most of think is true.

Am I being mean again?

I’ve wondered if Trump, being the sleaze that he is somehow got something very embarrassing on Graham, I can’t think of anything else that would flip him like that.
