:like:

Kyle has exceeded his shelf life, and wants back in front of the camera.

My suggestion is to take a hint from makeup influencers, and start his own YT channel instructing how to accessorize you gunz and camo, the slimming effects of black, menz health, and introduce his own line of 2A "grillz" made from spent brass.

In this episode, Rittenhouse attempts to jump on the Hunter Hunter Hunter train.

Is killing an unarmed man who’s down what passes for defending oneself now?

Rittenhouse needs a remedial rolling up yer windows class. And although curtesy is a word, it doesn't mean what he thinks it does.

Cute, remember the lesson: don't park in a flood plane, don't try to pass thru a flooded underpass. Whatever floats your car ;)

Been actively ignoring this turd, he recently deleted all the tweets from the media accountability account and is making noises about lawsuits to come though. Hopefully his fifteen minutes are up, but imma not hold my breath.

He has faded away so it sounds like is 15 minutes are about done.

As for his lawsuit, I sense one possible hangup. If I understand correctly, he deleted a bunch of tweets on an account ("media accountability") and is not saying he will soon be suing? IANAL but that could cause a bit of a hangup during discovery, if they get that far. It makes it sound like he was getting rid of evidence that could be used against him in a civil case and then filing the case. I think that's a no no.

Junior ought to get his college diploma first. Then he will be able to make the distinction between civil litigation among ex-spouses and litigation against the media, especially the print media. Hint: Faux News does not make a legal court, "judge" Jannine is now only playing one on the tv.

Sandmann lawyer joins Rittenhouse team, says Zuckerberg a 'top' target of numerous 'solid' lawsuits
Rittenhouse lawyer says he's confident there are '10 to 15 solid' cases against 'large defendants'

The lawyer who represented Covington Catholic student Nicholas Sandmann during his defamation cases has joined Kyle Rittenhouse’s legal team, and says there will be "at least 10" defamation lawsuits against prominent figures and companies for comments against the teenager.
:snippity:
McMurtry said it’s "pretty much assured that there's probably 10 to 15 solid" cases against "large defendants."
:snippity:
Though the legal process for potential defamation cases is just beginning, McMurtry singled out Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook for a "factually false" designation on the platform that listed the Kenosha shootings as a "mass murder" incident. The designation resulted in Rittenhouse’s social media accounts being pulled down and restricting positive comments about the teenager.

"Let's just use for an example what Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg said about [Rittenhouse]. They said that he was involved in a mass murder incident," McMurtry explained. "This was not a mass murder incident. It was clearly factually false."

"To call somebody a mass murderer is seriously defamatory. And then to use the power of social media to basically … censor any views that would take opposition to that mass murderer statement is a serious effort to destroy his character. And it was seriously mistaken and seriously defamatory."

I dunno.

Calling someone a mass murderer might be seriously defamatory, but I think the stiffs in the corner just might preclude actual malice. I mean, we do have video and there is a difference between "beyond a reasonable doubt" and "preponderance of evidence".

Do any of these TV Lawyers no anything about lawyering?

McMurty extracted quite a bit of money for Sandmann from some big players. Although Lin Wood may have set that up. But in any case, McMurty probably knows what he is doing. Lawyering adjacent, we’ll call it.
