The intention of the documentary, which is to be shown next month on the Fox Nation streaming service, is to memorialize the experience that Rittenhouse had during the trial and to show people who he really is, he said.
This is like something out of Communist propaganda.

“The Purge” was a documentary of the Fox future for the world.

The twist is that they're actually the purgers, not the victims. They waltz into your living room with an assault rifle and say "don't make me defend myself, now."

Tucker: "What did you make of the president of the United States calling you a white supremacist?"

Rittenhouse: "It's actual malice, defaming my character, for him to say something like that."

Because that's purely organic language for a homeschooled teenager, sure. I'll buy that.

Wendy Rittenhouse has been talking about suing Biden for defamation.

Of course, Biden never called KR a white supremacist.
Kyle Rittenhouse’s mother said President Joe Biden "defamed" her son in suggesting he is a white supremacist.

“He is not a white supremacist. He is not a racist,” Wendy Rittenhouse told Fox News host Sean Hannity Thursday night, her first interview since her son testified in his own defense in his homicide trial.

The comments stemmed from a video Biden tweeted in September 2020 when he was a presidential candidate, which included an image of Rittenhouse carrying AR-15 rifle with the caption: “There’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night.”The post targeted former President Donald Trump for refusing to condemn white supremacists and militia groups during the Sept. 29 presidential debate.

“I was in shock. I was angry. President Biden don’t know my son, whatsoever,” Wendy Rittenhouse said. “... He did that for the votes. I was so angry for a while at him and what he did to my son.”
:snippity:
The tweet that so bothered WR.

Meanwhile at the BBC…

“During last year's election campaign, US President Joe Biden tweeted a video that appeared to link Mr Rittenhouse, without any evidence, to white supremacists.”

Woke Kyle Rittenhouse:
"It's just amazing to see how much a prosecutor can take advantage of somebody. Like, if they did this to me, imagine what they could've done to a person of color who doesn't maybe have the resources I do or is not widely publicized like my case."

Well, Rittenhouse has a quote a documented history of lying so no doubt he’s lying about his support for Black Lives Matter (wink wink nudge nudge say no more say no more) even as he pals with Proud Boys.

I’m hoping this is my last post on this topic. He’s not worth living rent free in my head.

How is the photo of him in the bar with the Proud Boys not evidence?

Does he really have a legitimate case against anyone for defamation?.

The photo post-dates Biden's September 2020 debate comments. But:
Does he really have a legitimate case against anyone for defamation?.
No no no. For starters, he's at least a limited-purpose public figure, so actual malice would apply. (Which is a legal term that he was using incorrectly.)

Which is not to say a Larry Klayman or Steven Biss wouldn't file. Because anybody can file anything, especially when the real goal is grifter bucks, and not prevailing in court.

And I'm pretty sure Biden never referred to him as a white supremacist anyway.

It wasn't 5th Avenue that Kyle shot 3 people..

thus the former guy isn't suing Kyle for those millions for stealing his idea...

Can I break those thumbs off? I think I said before (on FB 1.0) that I stopped using the thumbs up gesture because of Trump. (I use the aloha gesture now). Trump ruins everything.

He didn't. The ad, which was made by the DNC, not Biden Campaign, said "white supremacists and militia groups". The pic of Rittenhouse walking down the street yelling came immediately after the words "militia groups".

"Are you willing, tonight, to condemn white supremacists and militia groups, and to say they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities? As we saw in Kenosha and as we've seen in Portland (cut to Trump)."

Biden's tweet which includes the video.

Rittenhouse was tied to "militia groups", not white supremacists.

Eugene Volokh "Is it Defamatory to Falsely Call Someone a Racist, White Supremacist, Socialist or Communist?".
Subhead: No, because courts conclude that those terms are just opinions and name-calling.

A followup also asks "Is It Defamatory to Call Kyle Rittenhouse -- or Anyone Acquitted of Murder -- a "Murderer"?
Subhead: Generally, no.

See the source articles for a little more nuance.
