Eurobot, you are making the exact same mistake I made for months.

There's only one N in Ivermectin. I agree it sounds better with two Ns, but sadly, they missed a chance. :blackeye:

Number Two Son is saying "radical," meaning good, which is a word I used a lot in the '60s and '70s. I shall have to train him in the correct use of the terms "groovy," "that's really heavy," and "far out, man" in the coming days. 8-)

The former is what you are when the surf is up, the latter is what you are when it isn't. There is some mixing, however.

The Justice Department is investigating President Donald Trump’s actions as part of its criminal probe of efforts to overturn the 2020 election results, according to four people familiar with the matter.

Prosecutors who are questioning witnesses before a grand jury — including two top aides to Vice President Mike Pence — have asked in recent days about conversations with Trump, his lawyers, and others in his inner circle who sought to substitute Trump allies for certified electors from some states Joe Biden won, according to two people familiar with the matter. Both spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation.

The prosecutors have asked hours of detailed questions about meetings Trump led in December 2020 and January 2021; his pressure campaign on Pence to overturn the election; and what instructions Trump gave his lawyers and advisers about fake electors and sending electors back to the states, the people said. Some of the questions focused directly on the extent of Trump’s involvement in the fake-elector effort led by his outside lawyers, including John Eastman and Rudy Giuliani, these people said.

I'll put this here. We might have had a thread on this in the previous Fogbow.

Remember this story? Wikipedia - January 2019 Lincoln Memorial confrontation

To refresh your memories -
On January 18, 2019, a confrontation between groups of political demonstrators took place near the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. The interaction between Covington Catholic High School student Nicholas Sandmann and Native American activist Nathan Phillips was captured in photos and videos widely disseminated by major media outlets. Videos released days later showed that initial media reports had omitted key details of the incident. Reports of the incident triggered outrage in the United States, including calls to dox the students, after stories suggested the Catholic students acted as the aggressors. The students received death threats and Covington Catholic High School temporarily closed due to fears for its students' safety.
Anyway, Nick Sandmann filed a bunch of defamation lawsuits. Some of the lawsuits were settled, some dismissed. Today's action -

The new one is "sick", which means awesomely good.

That's even built into my GoPro: When you are taking video (as opposed to stills and time-lapse, which it also does), if you say "That was sick!" the camera will put a marker on the video so you can find that exact moment when you're editing the video (you can alternatively set a marker by saying "Oh, shit!").

That video about the depth of the ocean included a Navy destroyer, the USS Johnston. I wasn't familiar with it, so I did a dive and learned an awesome, awesome story.

That ship fought like a crazed berserker for three hours in the Battle off Samar. She and her fellow US ships turned away a vastly superior Japanese force that included the battleship Yamato, among others. But saving the escort carriers was in harm's way, and she went down with her captain standing on the fantail screaming orders down a hatch to sailors who were steering the wreck by hand.

The ship fought in a lot of battles before that, but it was sunk two days before it would have been a year old.

October 27, 1943 it entered service
October 25, 1944 sunk in action

So I bought a book about it, "The Last Stand of the Tin Can Sailors". :batting:
