Mr520 is a fan and supporter of Mr. Fetterman, PA’s Lt Gov. He got this T-shirt in the mail.

Mimi, didn’t we have some kind of discussion about Yinzers on Oldbow?

I often talk yinzer on twitter.

My uncle was a Pennsylvania state rep until he retired a few years ago. I know that he knows fetterman well, and some of my aunts and other uncles in the area have joined for dinner and stuff.

Of course this bunch is all diehard Democrats.

I'm definitely a pop sort of person, but never really spoke Yinzer. I like Fetterman. My granddaughter went to the Waldorf School for one year with his son. I've never met him, but my daughter did. She likes him a lot.

Have the wacko anti-vaxxers claimed that the former President was hospitalized because he is dying from the effects of the Covid-19 vaccine, yet?

Update: Excuse the blood on the package. It traveled from China the wrong way, made stops in Kabul, the Taliban incompetently shipped it to Yemen, where the local refugees sent it to Damascus because all they can read is Arabic and there was nothing on the package and were just following orders. In Damascus some noted thru a revelation in their morning Qat that this needs to be shipped over the Big Pond to Haiti, so to France it went.

I have personally ordered that a crate of hand sanitizer wipes be sent to the final destination address. Please use them wisely and be more gruntled next time you contact us.

Sincerely,

We’re supposed to go to San Pedro, where our friends live on a boat. We’ve been out with them before, and also camping. They’re very fun. Also too my good friend and her new “friend” (she’s divorced, she waited until her kids were grown before dating again. She calls this new guy “ the man of the hour” ) are coming.

I’ve been looking forward to it…until day before yesterday when I started getting butterflies just thinking about it. Then I started getting sniffles, a slight fever, aches. So I’m not going, I’m going to pop over to the massive testing center 10 mins away and see what’s up but I’m pretty sure it’s not that.

I’m not going on the boat but I hope mr will. He could use a break.

We get a lot of mushrooms in our yard. I have never had them properly identified. I've always assumed them poisonous. We have several vars, and one looks exactly like the store bought white buttons in it's early stages. The umbrella flattens and widens to six inches across. Then is blackens and putrifies in place over the course of two weeks. No critters ever nibble them. So, I take that as fair warning.

I consider them a sign of a healthy soil biome. The visible tops are the fruiting bodies of a much larger creature that is buried in the dirt. I find the hyphae / mycelia throughout the garden beds whenever I am digging. They occupy a narrow strata about 8 inches beneath the surface. I'm sure it is across the property.

It reaches up to feed on the mulch and detritus I leave in the yard and beds. I compost everything, but not always in a formal pile. I clean the beds, toss the material into the lawn, grind it up with the lawnmower making a BDM (big damn mess), then Hoover some of it with the grass catcher to distribute by hand back on the beds I just cleaned, and leave some of it in place to feed the lawn. I haven't put yard debris to the curb in decades.
