From ABC News:
The Center for Reproductive Rights, one of the plaintiffs in the first federal lawsuit, is representing Braid.
ABC: Texas doctor who defied state's new abortion ban is sued

The lawsuits against Dr. Braid seem remarkably inept and unintimidating even though brought by former lawyers.

The importance of being Ernest…

Three weeks ago, a third cousin was in an accident. She was declared brain dead and the family chose to donate her organs. Specifically her heart, Kidneys and Liver. The heart, fragile and beating. She was not here anymore. An electrical pulse is not life. It is not a sentient being.
