Many people with analog BC Hydro meters are fighting to keep them, still paying exorbitant extortion fees, and still being punished for their refusal. One member is fighting on behalf of an 88 yr old woman whose electricity was cut, who this day is suffering from the cold and dark, because she does not want a dangerous device on her home. This "crown" corporation has bullied, lied to, and endangered people since 2011 when the first smeters were installed. We have 2 letters, written Nov. 11 and Nov. 16, begging for accommodation. Please question BC Hydro's honesty about the financial benefits of smeters, the costs to read smeters, how much money has been collected as opt-out fees, how much this program truly cost those of us who are paying for it. In January 2016, thousands of failed meters, less than 5 years old, had to be replaced and we paid for them, not ITRON, for an additional $20 million. Would you, please, see to it that all the people, especially this 88 years old lady, whose electricity is cut, are immediately re-connected to the network. Thank you for them !

I was just informed that another Family from Ontario is donating, 38 to 40 bales of Hay ( square bales). The Family is donating everything, hay, transportation cost including fuel and time.

The product donated, horse and cow dry hay...30% Timothy and... 70% alfalfa.

Approximately 40 square bales will be leaving Ontario and arriving in Saskatoon on Monday, November 29th in Saskatoon - Saskatchewan
