The appointment of Jack Smith has changed my external tune to match the one I’m singing in my heart. “We” got this, even if we never see the outcome. How old was daddy drumpf when he died? The thought of tfg ending like that, with dementia and in diapers, facing down prosecutors and losing, warms my heart.

NYT reports: Dan Scavino, Trump’s former social media guru, “appeared in front of a grand jury in Federal District Court in Washington” on Thursday.

How potentially significant is Scavino’s testimony?

It’s partly why I’m wondering if both grand juries met today and there was a little bouncing around. Cipollone and Philbin overlapped for about 2.5 hours today and they clearly weren’t testifying simultaneously to one grand jury.

And now Philbin has departed along with lawyer Michael Purpura (right) https://politico.com/news/2022/12/0

To recap: Former Trump White House counsel Pat Cipollone spent 6 hours with the grand jury. His deputy Pat Philbin spent 4 hours with the grand jury.

It amuses me that lawyers have lawyers have lawyers have lawyers ∞ in Trumpystan.
