Duggar was downloading on the partition of the computer that only he had access to

I'm hiding most of my comment so that folks can decide what they do and do not want to read.
The gov knows who made some of the porn found on Duggar's computer.
Duggar needs to go away for life.
Note: you've been warned.

Peter Scully is serving life in prison for what he did in the videos distributed on the dark web.
This article is from Law and Crime. Scully was sentenced to life for human trafficking and rape. The article implies that Scully made or was about to make snuff/s films. His material was/is distributed on "hurtcore" sites.
Duggar is into hurtcore child porn.
Scully made "Daisy's Destruction", which is considered one of the worst child porn film ever made and distributed. Duggar downloaded the film. It costs $10,000 to stream the film.
During a brutal bond hearing in May, a Homeland Security Investigations agent described some of the horrific material allegedly found on the computer of former reality TV star and conservative activist Josh Duggar, who is currently awaiting trial for allegedly possessing and receiving child pornography.
The agent testified that one video titled “Daisy’s Destruction,” showing the rape of an 18-month old girl,
ranked among the “Top five worst of the worst” that he ever had to examine.
Law&Crime’s podcast “Objections” explores the crime case behind that video, which was created by an
Australian man described by international tabloids as the “world’s worst pedophile.”
Peter Scully, who is currently serving a life sentence in the Philippines for human trafficking and rape, created videos of his child abuse for an international audience and disseminated them on the dark web.
When he was arrested in 2015, Filipino and Australian authorities invited journalists to tour the crime scene where the video was made. That experience still disturbs
Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s correspondent Matthew Carney, who has covered wars and atrocities around the globe and still remembers that assignment as particularly grueling.
“I’ve covered 25 years upon six and seeing the most horrendous things, but
what this man did to this 18-month-old child just beggars—it’s inexpressible,” Carney recounts on the podcast. “I’m not a person to subscribe to simple notions of good and evil, but if there is evil in this world, it is Peter Scully and what he did to that 18-month-old baby in his video.”
As a Filipino federal agent described in the segment, the toddler was hanged upside down from a hook on the ceiling during her abuse. Carney said that authorities told him Scully had planned to execute her in a follow-up video, but
the toddler was rescued before he could carry out his plan.
Filipino police claimed that Scully buried an 11-year-old girl he allegedly killed under the floor board of a house after raping and strangling her.
Scully peddled his videos on the so-called “dark web,” accessible through the encrypted TOR browser, which is how prosecutors claim that Duggar accessed the video.
According to prosecutors, a Linux partition was installed on Duggar’s work computer, and the user accessed the TOR browser from here and downloaded dozens of child pornography images and videos—
including “Daisy’s Destruction”—through the file-sharing program BitTorrent.
“There is a lot of difficulty that goes along with that, not only for our special agents, but our computer forensics analysts that are going through these files and these images, and seeing these most vulnerable in our whole society, our children, and children being hurt and being treated in ways that are unspeakable,” he said.
Scully is facing another trial; however, I can't find more current info about another trial.
A court in the Philippines has reportedly found an Australian man
guilty of raping and trafficking girls.
Local news outlets said Peter Gerard Scully was
sentenced to life imprisonment after being convicted of one count of human trafficking and five counts of rape.
Scully is expected to again face court over another series of charges on June 20.
Scully was arrested in 2015 after allegedly sexually abusing several girls, including an 18-month-old infant.
He also allegedly strangled one of the girls, with her skeleton later discovered buried under a house he had rented.
He allegedly ran an international paedophile ring that raped, tortured and murdered children.
It is alleged he was filming videos of the attacks and
selling them online to customers around the world for up to $10,000 a view.
In one of Scully's videos, two children are repeatedly raped as they
dig their own graves.
One of Scully's videos is so horrific that it was considered an
urban legend.
60 Minutes Australia did a
story about Scully.

He's not a man, he's a piece of garbage. He should go away forever, there is something severely broken in him that can never be fixed.

OMFG. I'm glad the Philippines are thinking of bringing back the death penalty for him - he absolutely deserves it.

Storytime: Way back in the early to mid 'oughts, one of the ladies in our group of friends started dating a guy. At first, I assumed that my feeling of unease was due to his weight (I freely acknowledge that society has imbued certain biases in me, which I actively work to suppress), but after a bit he started trying to show the other guys the porn he had stored on his mobile device. We were all really uncomfortable with it, and then he started trying to show us nudes of her (I think they were married by then, but it blurs). Ick. Major creeper alarms going off. But his wife was a very good friend, so we just told him to stop. Fast forward a couple of years, and I find myself having to hang out with him for the day while the ladies held a baby shower for his wife (8 months pregnant with his daughter*). Sure enough, he started trying to show me his porn collection on his home computer setup. I looked him in the eye and told him if he had any child pornography he better trash his hard drives, because he was about to have a daughter and couldn't afford to be caught with that type of shit. Later on, he mentioned that work had provided some of the computers so he could work from home after hours.
2 months later, he was busted for child pornography after some jerk
left an anonymous tip that he was using work computers for pornography. Sadly, our friend decided not to divorce him and they got back together when he was released from prison.

The Duggers need to come to grips with the fact that they will be burying Josh within a year.
There's a hierarchy of sins even amongst the damned, and child abuse is the lowest of the low.

Case went to jury at 12:15 CST.
Josh was seen giving hugs to family willing to hug him. Jim Bob Duggar is attended trial yesterday and is attending today.
I expect a verdict today.

I haz a bad feeling about this. I suspect a juror is arguing that Josh was framed by the investigators -- just a baaaad feeling. After all, he is such a god fearing godly man, this must all be a mistake.

Based on the location of the trial? They told the judge they were deliberating, the judge told them they could stay on or come back tomorrow, they opted to come back tomorrow.

I'm not worried. The jury wanted to hear Duggar's interview with the feds again.
The prosecuion did an excellent job laying out evidence. They did a good job impeaching the defense computer expert.
The jury is being deliberate and thorough. As they should be.
The jury will not see Duggar as a god fearing man. They were shown the child sexual abuse material (CSAM) again today. I read a lot about what was on Duggar's computer. It's haunting.
I'd rather the jury be careful so fewer appeal issues are raised.

There is very little the jury could do during deliberations that would result in an appealable issue.
