The judge has also *denied* an effort by Trump attorney Kenneth CHESEBRO to quash a Fulton County subpoena as well, pointing out there are many areas of inquiry by the DA that wouldn't be attorney-client protected. https://politico.com/f/?id=00000182-e9d ... dfb9700000

I remember that video. He got her to meet with a publicist for Kanye West or something and she met at a police station.

I remember that. He told her she'd get off easy if she confessed. Otherwise, she was going to the Big House.

Does anybody know what position Cathy Latham held/holds in Coffee County that would allow her access to the election equipment?

I see Cathy Latham is in the news again today because of this strong

I must sadly blame The West Wing for putting this line out in the public hive-mind.
But the sunshine aye shall light the sky,
As round and round we run;
And the truth shall ever come uppermost,
And justice shall be done.

My understanding of the process is that you serve at the pleasure of the state you are in and casting votes on behalf of, not the current President.

SullivanStrickler previously said it would be “fully cooperative” with investigators examining the Coffee County matter and is confident it has done nothing wrong. The firm has said it acted in good faith and on instructions from licensed attorneys.
That's... not as strong a statement as they think it is...

Electors usually are nominated by the state party, and approved by the voters.

So "I serve at the pleasure of the voters" would be more apt, except, in this case ... :think:
