The Government asked for probation, and Stoll's sentencing memo says the judge agreed to probation before Stoll pleaded guilty. So there was obviously some sort of deal agreed to here.

The plea deal is included in my article referenced in my opening post.

Of course there was some sort of deal, and now it appears "official"; no jail/prison time!

So they charged Glen, but sentenced Glenn? Which one was in the court room, Glen or GLEN or Glenn or GLENN? Did they sign with the proper form of "/s"? Did they authorize payment of restitution from their sovereign account?
