For many of them, they have already gotten what they wanted: three SCOTUS justices. And, yes, many were willing to charge the gates of Hell for that, but now they don't need to. I'm certainly not going to bet on Roe v. Wade surviving the year. Combine that with the information bubble the right wing has and Trump feeding their addiction to "owning the libs" that FOX News, Rush Limbaugh, et al. spent a quarter century instilling into their viewers and listeners it's not hard to see how we got here.
