Sounds like he wants to relive old memories with Stormy.
I may be mis-recalling but there weren't handcuffs involved -- however spanking with a magazine of which he was on the cover of? You straight people and your kinks. :fingerwag:

From Stormy Daniel's description of the encounter, there wasn't time for much of anything.

I think he is floating various scenarios in the media to see which is the most popular and what the reaction is before he does something. That "handcuffs" scenario is one.

Really he is hunkered down hoping it goes away like things have before. But he has made himself too big and too annoying for people to just drop him as not worth the effort.

If you can just walk into and out of the courthouse like everyone else, you can't claim victimhood. Trump is all about painting the prosecutors as persecutors. He's all about the visuals. The prosecutors aren't about to give him the drama he craves. It'll be interesting to see if he can create it on his own.

THese would be the reporters whom he frequently used their "exclusive access" to make them paint this picture of him sitting quietly listening to his advisors argue before stepping in with zen Wisdom and calmly choosing the right course? Uh huh. :violin:

Even how he is still trying to pull the trick of planting conflicting media narratives to make people doubt reality.

I don;'t know... shipping him off to Riker's Island and dumping him there without bail would probably be worth the drama. There should really be some kind of rule that 'tough on crime' people should at least get the treatment they campaigned for when they get arrested.

Well, then there is the Central Park 5 case where he wanted them put to death. Can we apply that tough on crime standard?

Don't be silly; that's only suppoosed to apply to violent sexual predators. And let's be clear: when Trump called for that, he meant violent sexual predators of less wealth and a darker skin tone than he himself.
But the sunshine aye shall light the sky,
As round and round we run;
And the truth shall ever come uppermost,
And justice shall be done.

In some ways, it reminds me of the wall-to-wall coverage of Paris Hilton. She never really did anything newsworthy, but you couldn't escape it, which only made the problem worse. Finally, a few journalists just said "I'm not going to mention her name". The public spotlight turned elsewhere, and she returned to living in the lap of luxury, but in private.

I am hoping we have an indictment proposition bet bonanza. A daily double indictment, one in the morning and one after a light lunch. Even better, a trifecta, three jurisdictions, three indictments, a list of charges as long as his stupid tie.

Make him go on a "Arrest, Booking and Arraignment Tour, sponsored by Pornhub, Secure Safe Storage of South Florida and T-Mobile Atlanta, for that perfect phone call!"
"When you guys put somebody in the car and you’re protecting their head you know, the way you put their hand over [their head]," Trump continued, mimicking the motion. "Like, 'Don’t hit their head and they’ve just killed somebody, don’t hit their head.' I said, 'You can take the hand away, OK?'

There are at least three major cases, in which an indictment of TFG is imminent: Stormy Daniels case, Jack Smith's classified documents case and the Georgia phone call case.

I wonder if there isn't a little bit of a waiting game going on between the three prosecutors, with none of them really wanting to go first. Its hard to say, because of GJ secrecy, but Bragg's NY case seems to be the closest. Whether you love TFG or hate him, indicting a former President is definitely a historic event, not to be taken lightly.

Is it possible that the others are waiting for someone else to file an indictment first?

Every day, someone is saying that Bragg is going to indict him TOMORROW. The reality is that the GJ isn't even meeting today. No one knows the status of their deliberations. If they meet tomorrow and return a true bill, will Bragg announce it immediately, or will his office wait while they coordinate with team Trump and the Secret Service to arrange his safe surrender?

Anyone who knows, isn't talking, and anyone who is talking, does not have first-hand knowledge.

Of course, in that case, the OSG will almost certainly announce to the world that the corrupt, politically motivated DA in NY has indicted him, despite the fact that he did nothing wrong. (and please send money). So, it would seem that Bragg has little incentive to delay the announcement.

How quickly will the other two dominos fall, after the first indictment?

He does that a lot - I think he uses quotes like most of us use asterisks to *emphasize* something.
