I heard tonight that Kyle Rittenhouse plans to sue me. What is the basis for his claim?

Kyle says I am a liar. What lies have I told about him?

Kyle said I stole money from him? What money and when?

I only spoke to Kyle twice by phone. Once for 3-4 minutes when he was in juvenile detention in Illinois. He thanked me for the efforts of #FightBack, said he was comfortable and being treated well, and that he was reading his Bible.

I spoke to him again for 2-3 minutes right after he was freed on the $2M bail posted by #FightBack. He was again very polite and thankful for the efforts of #FightBack.

That’s it.

I have never uttered a disparaging word about this young boy. I have asked several times that you pray for him and his mother, Wendy.

The idea that I or #FightBack stole money from him is errant nonsense. #FightBack has meticulous records to prove these accusations are blatant lies. The records have been made public. We have nothing to hide.

Something is off here. Kyle’s media tour makes no sense. His false attacks are only backfiring against
him.

This is a Deep State operation (think Fraudcock). I pray that Kyle is not knowingly a part of it.

I am not sure any of us know who this young boy really is but he and his mother still need our prayers.

I see where RINO Republican David Perdue files a lawsuit today contesting the legality of the Georgia 2020 election.

I filed a lawsuit contesting the legality of the 2020 Georgia election in November of 2020.

For my efforts, the State Bar of Georgia plans to file a formal complaint against me seeking to disbar me.

My complaint was the basis of a Bar complaint because I claimed denial of equal protection under the US Constitution. Will Perdue’s lawyers be okay because they are only claiming denial of equal protection under the Georgia Constitution???

The Mockingbird Propagandists are correctly reporting the GA Gubernatorial candidate, former Senator and RINO Republican David Perdue, admits that he would not have voted to certify the 2020 Georgia election based on the information of illegality available AT THAT TIME.

“Perdue told Axios in explaining why he wouldn't have certified the election: "Not with the information that was available at the time and not with the information that has come out now.’”

More evidence that supports the conclusion that the State Bar of Georgia complaint to discipline and disbar me for filing a lawsuit in November of 2020 challenging the legality of the GA election is nothing but a politically motivated, agenda-driven attack against me by the enemy.

When I initially reviewed the law in November of 2020 and concluded that the 2020 Georgia election was illegal because changes in absentee ballot procedures had not been approved by the Georgia legislature, someone in the GA Republican Party recommended that I retain Ray Smith, III of the Atlanta law firm of Smith & Liss to represent me in filing my first lawsuit in November of 2020. I did and before later terminating Smith, I personally paid his firm’s bills.

I was the plaintiff.

Ray Smith, III was the lawyer of record.

The State Bar of Georgia has not filed a complaint against Ray Smith, the lawyer. Only against me, the client.

When I arrived on the stage in Alpharetta for a joint press conference with Sidney Powell, I was surprised to see Ray Smith, III on the stage with a man named Ali Alexander (who I did not know then or now) and Vernon Jones.

Connecting the dots, I now believe Smith was present as part of Alexander’s Stop The Steal organization.

Stop The Steal’s attendance at the rally was arranged by a man named Brannon Castleberry. Castleberry had been retained to help #FightBack with fundraising efforts. He was terminated several months ago based on suspicions that he had infiltrated #FightBack and was doing more harm than good.

Castleberry is linked to Sidney Powell and her fundraising efforts for her organization, Defend The Republic.

After my November 2020 lawsuit was dismissed, I terminated Ray Smith, III due to my discernment that he had mishandled the lawsuit at the trial court level. I took over the appeal of the case to the 11th Circuit and to the U.S Supreme Court.

Certiorari review of my case was denied, but in the dissent penned by Justice Clarence Thomas to the denial of review of the Pennsylvania election case, Justice Thomas validated as correct the legal theory upon which my case was based.

Subsequently, President Trump has made clear that the legal theory of my case was correct - the law requires approval of changes to state election procedures in a federal election to only be made by the state legislature.

Even Ol’ Vernon Jones has also now publicly agreed that my legal position in my November 2020 lawsuit correctly stated the law.

What in the world is going on here???

The State Bar of Georgia is attempting to discipline me and potentially disbar me for filing a valid lawsuit as the plaintiff. Ray Smith, III walks away unscathed.

Is the State Bar of Georgia engaging in a targeted prosecution and persecution of me?

I see many replies in my Reply Channel where you tell me your family members and friends think you are “nuts,” “crazy,” or “losing it mentally!” Ha! Welcome to my world. I have been hearing that nonsense for almost 2 years. Some have recently dismissed me as “kooky!” I ignore these efforts to disparage me as I am comfortable that I do the research, connect the dots, and draw reasonable and logical conclusions.

Am I right? I believe I am. Only time will tell. I know I try my imperfect best to be guided every day by the Word of God and my many conversations with Jesus.

Remember that many people prefer to avoid the TRUTH than to believe it when it takes them out of their “comfort zone.” It is an age old tactic of the enemy to avoid the TRUTH by simply dismissing the truth-giver as “crazy.”

Always remember that the enemy said that Jesus Christ was crazy too.

So I urge each of you to stick with your TRUTH as you find it to be after doing the research, connecting the dots, and drawing reasonable and logical conclusions.

Even if the TRUTH is not what YOU want it to be, makes YOU uncomfortable, or troubles YOU, we must ALL face the TRUTH - the good, the bad, and the ugly.

When met with disagreement, extend grace. Agree to disagree. In taking that approach, you are doing unto others as you would have them do unto you.

We live in extraordinary times. We need unity but never at the expense of TRUTH.

It is TRUTH that shall set us free and keep us free.

I was glad to see that South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson recently met with Kyle Rittenhouse.

I assume he informed Kyle that SLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division) has an active criminal investigation underway at this time on David “Fraudcock” Hancock related to Hancock’s illegal computer hacking of the #FightBack computer system in November of 2020 and potentially with respect to Hancock’s theft of the #FightBack donor list.

The arrest warrant against Fraudcock was originally issued by the Yemassee, SC Police Department but was withdrawn by the Chief of Police at the request of SLED when SLED took over the criminal investigation.

Young Kyle needs to learn the TRUTH.

FreeKyleUSA, a charity for Kyle formed by Fraudcock, has been illegally soliciting and receiving donations by using the #FightBack donor list.

Someone has unquestionably manipulated Kyle into making numerous false accusations against me and #FightBack in the Mockingbird Propaganda media.

I think I know who is behind the lies.

It is now time for new blood and new personnel who are honestly and truly dedicated to making a difference for freedom.

Previously, #FightBack had announced that Herschel Walker would be joining the #FightBack Board. Before his election could be brought before the Board for vote, Herschel threw his hat into the political ring to fight back for Georgia in the U.S. Senate. Herschel and his wonderful wife, Julie, are great personal friends and they have loyally stood by me during the barrage of false attacks I have endured for too many months. I see where Hershel is now under attack. Rest assured, I will stand by Herschel as he has stood by me.

Yes, #FightBack was timely audited for 2020 by an independent CPA firm and its tax return was filed on time. #FightBack will again undergo an independent audit as soon as the 2021 books are closed at the end of December.

I have publicly expressed my view that ALL of the charities and foundations which came into existence in 2020 and 2021 to fund raise for issues of public concern should be promptly audited by independent auditing firms. Such audits are a mandatory requirement for good corporate governance and are necessary to build trust with the donors and the public.

We live in extraordinary times. We must sacrifice for our country, not profit off of its Constitutional crisis and related issues.

While the Inn at Cotton Hall remains closed for a total re-wiring after 2 electrical fires, the wedding venue remains open for business.

Hopefully, the bed and breakfast will be re-opened for guests in the next couple of months.

A private citizen has the right to decline answering the question of whether he or she has taken “the jab.” We ALL have the right of medical privacy.

That being said, IF you publicly advocate against the “vaccine” and its mandatory administration to others, especially children, I think you have a duty to disclose whether you took “the jab.”

Earlier this year, Deep State Mockingbird Propaganda Rags had a field day or two publishing glaring headlines that I had committed voter fraud by voting in Georgia in the 2020 Presidential election.

The accusation was a lie.

Today, the Georgia State Election Board dismissed the false accusation against me, finding that I was NOT GUILTY of any violations of the Georgia Election Code or State Election Board rules.

The report is posted below. You will see that the only false accuser was David “Fraudcock” Hancock who was only at my South Carolina property by his own admission from 8/25/20 to 10/21/20 when he was ordered off my property due to repeated acts of malfeasance and misconduct witnessed by many individuals.

Fraudcock is the “handler” behind young Kyle Rittenhouse and his false accusations against me. Fraudcock is not worthy of belief in any of his false accusations. He is a Deep State paid liar.

Will the Deep State Propaganda Rags now publish glaring headlines that I am innocent of the false accusation of voter fraud?

No.

Like the false accuser they rely upon for their propaganda, they are not the slightest bit interested in the TRUTH. They only seek to destroy my reputation and credibility with the false accusations.

Well, at least #FightBack was allowed to get a word in edgewise and a portion of the TRUTH out in this article.

The Rittenhouse bail was posted by donations to #FightBack. The law requires the bail funds to be returned to #FightBack.

The Deep State desperately seeks to use the bail issue against me, individually, to continue its longstanding covert operation to falsely smear my name and reputation.

The only individual involvement I had in the bail issue other than acting on behalf of the #FightBack Board was to personally guarantee a $150K loan to #FightBack from actor Rick Schroder in order to get to the $2M bail amount as quickly as possible to get Kyle out of the Kenosha jail as quickly as possible. How did that effort harm Kyle???

I have never lied to Kyle Rittenhouse. I am not a liar.

I have never in any way acted to harm this young man and his mother. I have always asked that people pray for them.

I believe Kyle is knowingly or unknowingly being used by Deep State operatives. His “handler” is a disgraced former Navy SEAL and an alleged fraud. I think it is those same operatives who are damaging Kyle and he should investigate the monies received by FreeKyleUSA and how those funds were spent.

#FightBack crossed every legal t and dotted every legal i. FreeKyleUSA will never be able to say the same thing given the existing proof that FreeKyleUSA sought and received donations from the use of the stolen #FightBack donor list.

The first call was arranged by John Pierce while Kyle was in the Illinois juvenile detention center while Pierce’s habeas motion was pending.

Kyle told me he was being treated well, felt very safe, was reading his Bible and felt that God was with him that night in Kenosha. He thanked me for the efforts of #FightBack.

The only other contact I had with Kyle was the night he was released on bail from the Kenosha jail. He was with actor Rick Schroder and John Pierce. Pierce placed the call to me. Kyle again told me how much he appreciated the efforts of #FightBack in securing his release on bail.

That’s it.

Now Kyle accuses me of being a liar and says that I am “insane.” What in the world is his factual basis for such outrageous claims? There is none. Those accusations are blatant lies.

Time will answer the question of who Kyle is. I only know him from the two calls, some clips from his trial, and his media appearance campaign after the verdict.

I do know this fact as a matter of my faith: Almighty God knows exactly who Kyle is. God knows everything.

Wow! I woke up this morning to a fresh round of attacks and accusations. Today’s attacks came on the local level in South Carolina from people I considered my friends. One individual gave out my phone number to the public in a podcast.

It seems that in trying to speak TRUTH, I angered these “friends.” Such was not my intent. I just called some things as I saw them. Am I right? I think so, but I admit that only time will tell.

I seek no political office. I have no aspirations to be a political “leader.”

So do I care about what these people are saying me? Yes.

Why? Because I am a human being. I would rather people like me than hate me.

But as a follower of Jesus Christ, I am reminded that I really do not care what people say about me in this world because I ONLY care about how my LORD and Savior feels about me. God’s judgment is the only judgment that matters. His judgment is eternal.

So to the “haters,” I extend them grace. I have no need to debate them. I know what I believe to be the TRUTH. So I agree to disagree with them. I pray for them and hope they pray for me.

I did not “cuss” out Tim “Bonafide” Greer and Brad Barton.

I did chastise them when I learned that they had a plan with respect to their 9/11 Patriot event in Kentucky to make $2M each from the event.

Tim and Brad had asked me to speak at the event and I was not happy when I learned of their financial plan to profit off of Patriots. I was not happy at all and I let them know it in no uncertain terms.

I listened to their excuses. I did not want to hurt them. I appeared at the event by phone.

After that event, I decided I was done with Tim and Brad except to extend them grace.

I hope that helps you better understand Tim’s attacks on me today and his public release of my cell phone number.

Control of predator populations is very important to wildlife managers. Furbearers like the raccoon, opossum, fox, and coyote can negatively impact some wildlife populations. Ground nesting birds like the wild turkey and bobwhite quail are prime targets for these species. High populations of nest predators can drastically decrease the growth of these populations.

In December of 2020, I would never have agreed to serve on an organization tied to Patrick Byrne. And I sure would not allow myself to be tied to Patrick, Sidney, Mike Flynn, or Joe Flynn knowing what I know now.

Sidney also included my name on some of her election lawsuits without my permission.

I've spoken with Staci Burk several times over the past year. Some of those conversations were quite lengthy.

At the time, I could not draw any firm convictions about what she said about Michael and Joe Flynn. I hadn't seen them operate up close and personal.

I hadn't yet received a barrage of panicked text messages from Joe Flynn, as undisputed fact after undisputed fact emerged about things being covered up.

Occult prayers, lies about Pegasus, lies about the Q movement, Vernon Jones, the America Project, alliances with CFR member Patrick Byrne, blatant lies about Lin Wood, and blatant lies being told about me by Flynn's surrogates.

Until I experienced things firsthand and observed people up close, I couldn't say what I thought.

Now I feel it my personal responsibility to do so, even though it has been tremendously uncomfortable to do so.

I know I hoped what Staci said was not true. But I believe that time has proven her to be right about a great many things.

Just like I imagine many out there hope what I'm saying now about the Flynns isn't true.

Staci was the plaintiff in an election fraud lawsuit. From the outset, she was infiltrated under false pretenses and neutralized by the Flynns.

Sound familiar?

Security was sent to her at the direction of Michael Flynn. Electronics, like her smartphone, was inexplicably seized, stolen and never returned. Vital information she had was suppressed.

I have seen the false attacks being made against me based on allegations made in the disputed WGW lawsuit claiming that I said that I was the second coming of Jesus Christ because I was consumed by the “Christ consciousness.”

Are you kidding me??? Such accusations against me mock God.

As a “baby In Christ” in 2018 and 2019, I incorrectly used the term “Christ consciousness” in describing to others the incredible change that occurred in my life when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and my Savior.

Live and learn.

The term I should have used was “sanctification.”

I discussed these false accusations with Pastor Stuart Guthrie today when the enemy again started belittling me with my incorrect words of years ago.

God teaches me something new every day. He will be teaching me something new every day until the day He calls me home where I will reside in the house of the LORD forever.

Can you imagine what it feels like finding almost every detail of your past and present life being under constant attack by false, distorted, and out of context accusations by others, including many people to whom you always tried to be good and help? Who you loved and still love?

And then you see your friends and colleagues cower in fear as they refuse to stand up for you in the midst of attacks against you that they know do not accurately represent who you are and the body of your life’s work of which they are aware?

Let me tell you, it ain’t fun. It hurts. Often it takes a toll on your present life as you try to help others. You grow weary and tired. In private, you often shed tears.

I know.

You feel like you just want to quit and return to your own quiet private life.

But you do not. You never quit. You push forward.

Why keep doing the hard when you could opt for the easy?

Because of your faith.

The LORD understands. He knows every feeling in your heart and every thought in your mind. He loves you. He will never forsake you. He comforts you. He lifts you up. He guides you forward. He died for your sins.

So many times I have seen God work through His children in their expressions of love which comfort me and lift me up. I thank them ALL. They bless me.

I do not give you this glimpse into my personal life to garner your sympathy. I tell you these things to hopefully inspire you that if God does these things for me, He can and will do them for you. He did them for a sinner like King David.

Many have it much worse than me. I wish I could help them ALL. I understand their pain. I want them to have hope as I have every day. I want them to keep fighting.

Jesus Christ suffered the most of all. And He only did good, healed the sick, performed miracles, raised the dead, gave sight to the blind, and spoke TRUTH with His every word. He was perfect. And in return, He was brutally beaten, mocked, slandered, and crucified.

My “suffering” in this life pales in comparison to what He suffered and experienced for me. There is no comparison.

So when you are feeling beaten down and about to throw in the towel, think about Jesus Christ. Keep your eyes on Him.

He set the perfect example.

Now it is time to rest. I hope you ALL rest well and stand steady. My faith instructs me that ALL will be well in time.

I should say great morning!!!

In a unanimous opinion, The Supreme Court of Delaware REVERSED and VACATED the erroneous order of the trial court in the Page v. Oath case revoking my pro hac vice privileges.

The opinion highlights the failure of the Delaware trial court to afford me due process and establishes that there was no evidence to support the trial judge’s efforts to smear my reputation.

The legal reasoning of the Delaware Supreme Court is directly applicable to the erroneous sanctions order imposed against me in Sidney Powell’s Michigan election case. That order is also being appealed.

I bet the CIA Mockingbird Propagandists will ignore this revelation of TRUTH.

But light is slowly but surely exposing what is done in the dark.

I appreciate the courage of Delaware attorney Ronald G. Poliquin to represent me in Delaware. Ron is one of the few Atticus Finch’s in today’s legal world. He is a warrior. He did a superb job for me in Delaware.

While Sidney and I have sharp differences on many issues, I appreciate her comments below and thank her for them.

The decision was not just a win for me, it was a much needed win for We The People who love the rule of law.

In response to the ruling, I have issued the following statement through my courageous attorney, Ron Poliquin:

"The ruling by the Supreme Court of Delaware is a refreshing and much needed reminder to the public that the rule of law is and must remain non-partisan.

Politics has no place in a court of law. The law is the law and it should be followed and never altered or ignored based on a political agenda.

We live in extraordinary times. The members of the Supreme Court of Delaware and my attorney, Ron Poliquin, should be commended for their courage in standing for the rule of law at a time when doing so might be viewed unfavorably due to political considerations. To be clear about Sidney’s statement, I did not work with her on the Wisconsin election case she filed. My name was listed on the complaint without my knowledge or consent. I had NO involvement whatsoever in drafting or filing the complaint. Same is true for the filing of her election complaints in Michigan and Arizona.

She did ask me to add my name to the Arizona case AFTER it was filed. I agreed to do so as I assumed she needed a trial lawyer and I had always offered to help her as a trial lawyer (before I realized what she was actually doing in the Michigan and Wisconsin complaints). The Arizona case was dismissed 2 days later. I believe it was a set up. And if necessary, I am prepared to prove it in a court of law.

Therefore, in addition to congratulating me on my win in Delaware, it would be appreciated and legally correct if she would agree to pay back the tens of thousands of dollars expended on my behalf to defend frivolous bar complaints against me arising out of the cases where she used my name without my knowledge or consent and in which I had no participation in drafting or filing the lawsuits.

I have previously informed Sidney that I expected her to indemnity me for the costs incurred with respect to her wrongful use of my name. I hope she will agree to do so. Otherwise, at the appropriate time, I will sue her and her law firm for indemnification.

Sidney has apparently raised tens of millions of dollars for her organizations and still continues to fundraise.

Sidney needs to pay for the out-of-pocket damages she created by her unlawful use of my name on her election lawsuits.

Every sin has a consequence.

I hope I have explained my position with 20/20 clarity.

Thank you for your correct analysis regarding the inclusion of an attorney’s name on a complaint. You are also correct in my offer to help Sidney if she needed a trial lawyer. She abused that general offer of help to embroil me in frivolous bar complaints and in the process, she acted unethically.

I was setup in a plan to use the bar actions to smear me and drain me financially while keeping me out of the legitimate legal arena where my 45 years of experience could have helped President Trump and We The People.

The nefarious plan of Sidney Powell and Mike Flynn has worked to some extent but overall, it has failed. I am still standing steady.

A lot of misinformation about Sidney Powell getting Lin Wood's permission to be named on her complaints as an attorney of record.

My understanding is that Lin expressed general support for the idea that if Sidney needed trial counsel down the road, she could call on him for help. That is a far cry from what Sidney Powell did in her lawsuits, as none of her cases proceeded to a place to be heard on the merits.

Under the rules of civil procedure (Rule 11), a complaint bearing an attorney's name, means that the attorney has read the complaint, and is representing that all claims presented to court, are based in the law and are meritorious.

Sidney Powell filed her complaints with Lin Wood's name on them, but without his knowledge. You can't read, review, and approve what you are unaware of.

Folks, no attorney would ever file a complaint with another attorney's name on it without first sending the attorney a draft copy to be reviewed, with an opportunity for revisions, and then getting approval. It's simply not done.

To do otherwise, is legal malpractice. It's highly unethical.

As this article states, my name was used by Sidney Powell on initial filings related to one of her Defending the Republic “fundraising” organizations.

“A filing with the Texas Secretary of State shows the Flynn brothers replaced attorney Lin Wood on its board of directors on December 4th, only three days after the nonprofit was created.”

The use of my name by Sidney was WITHOUT my knowledge or consent.

Sidney also used my name on her election lawsuits in Michigan and Wisconsin WITHOUT my consent. I had nothing whatsoever to do with the drafting or filing of those lawsuits yet I have been wrongfully subjected to various state bar disciplinary actions related to those cases.

I want ALL to be fully aware of the TRUTH that I do not now, nor have I ever been, associated with any of Sidney’s “fundraising” organizations, including Defending the Republic organizations.

I have also never been involved in any of the multitude of “fundraising” organizations involving Mike Flynn, Joe Flynn, and/or Patrick Byrne.

Kandiss Taylor, a conservative running for governor in Georgia, has hit the road in a new campaign bus. And people are certainly surprised by how it lays out her platform points.

In a photo posted to her Twitter on Thursday, Taylor debuted her campaign ride, which bears a picture of her on the side, flanked by her bulleted platform points: “Jesus, Guns, Babies.” None of the points has additional descriptors or explanations.
