On Jan. 6, 2021, Daniel Rodriguez repeatedly drove a stun gun into the base of former DC Police Officer Mike Fanone's neck, according to a confession he gave to the FBI.

On Feb. 14, he's now set to plead guilty.

Jan 6 defendant Hatchet Speed of Va asks court to dismiss his case:

"The government has paraded (him) around as a political puppet for the better part of the past year. Given Mr Speed’s inflammatory rhetoric, his documented statements about violence & his status as a veteran..."

What does "his status as a veteran..." have to do with getting out of criminal charges? If anything he should be held to a higher standard.

NEW: Hatchet Speed, the Navy reservist charged in the Capitol riot, wants his case dismissed for vindictive prosecution — arguing he was charged with a felony count of obstruction of an official proceeding after failing to accept a misdemeanor plea offer.

I'd like to make a video of snippets like these, with the faketriots breaking into the Capitol. And lay over it all the RWNJ audio saying that there was no breaking, they were invited in, there was no reason for them to think they shouldn't be there.

Seventh Iowan convicted in Jan. 6 Capitol riot gets jail time

An Adel computer programmer who entered the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021, riot has been sentenced to three years of probation and 15 days in jail.

Chad Heathcote, 42, is one of eight Iowans so far to face charges related to the attack on the Capitol. He pleaded guilty in November 2022 to a single charge of parading, demonstrating or picketing in the Capitol.

To her surprise, Riley Williams was orderd jailed pending sentencing..... immediately after she was convicted by jury

Plea does *not* include a cooperation agreement. Sentencing is set for May 16. Judge Jackson said the preliminary calculation has Daniel Rodriguez looking at a guideline range of 8-10 years in prison.
