Nobody mentioned olive oil :o (or I skimmed to fast and missed it). It is truly God's gift (what do you expect from flying spaghetti).

MTG would probably be against using olive oil in the military because it is from dirty foreigners. Never mind olives were quite popular in Jesus's time, but he was also a darkie foreigner.

mtg undoubtedly supports Boebert’s Republican Jesus, who is armed with an AR-15 to prevent the crucifixion. And is decidedly Caucasian, I’ll bet.

Umm…yeah.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene🇺🇸 @RepMTG wrote: Today I’m voting for babies.

First, to reduce tariffs on imported baby formula and most importantly to protect the lives of unborn babies in the womb.

Tragically, Democrats will be voting for abortion up until the day of birth.

Why do Democrats even care about baby formula?
Why indeed?

I think she plays spin-the-bottle to find the next topic to speak about.

Or maybe she's a sim based on a random phrase generator.

Why does she want to import baby formula? Why does she want to send US dollars to foreign countries, and why does she want to put US-ian workers out of work, handing manufacturing jobs to furriners? Isn't red-blooded 'Murikan' baby formula good enough?

There isn't enough because Joe Biden hid it on the shelves.

Well, cuz it's a protected market, and required FDA approval to import foreign sourced formula. Topic for another day. But, everybody in congress was on board including the maga representative from GAGA.

She also left out the part that the Trump administration is largely responsible for these tariffs that prevented the import of baby formula from Canada and elsewhere.

Newsweek article May 19 2022 describing Trump USMCA agreement that made it impossible to import formula.

Clearly obfiscation by omission on her part.

He didn’t hide it. The line is that he gave it all to “illegal babies” invading our country at the border. I’ve had fights on Nextdoor on this, and have told plenty of asshats to go ahead and advocate for their representatives to change the law so that we can just starve babies at the border to death.

I don’t go on Nextdoor much anymore.

We have become a nation of flaming assholes. I went to dinner last night in Loveland, a quaint little town that has a parking space for every 5 it needs...and passed 3 cars in one lot that were taking up 2 or 3 paces because their precious was too dear to get scratched by some peasant, not like parking is tight in Loveland on a Saturday. Including one guy on the street parking, fuck these people. Then you have the monsters the MAGA madness unleashed who take over any public forum as their chance to shine. School PTA meetings that have to be broken up by cops because of the fight over CRT (which kids, is NEVER taught to third graders, it is, LOUD FOR THE RUBES IN THE BACK, a Law School Course taught to graduate students. It might get mentioned in undergrad civics or pre law but its not working its way in to Sally, Dick and Jane just yet. Grown ass people having meltdowns over the smallest accidental slight, "Karens", the "SovCit Traffic Law Society" and Republicans who are late of the opinion that "Subpoena" is a synonym for "Invitiation, please RSVP".

I'mma lock my happy ass behind my Regiment of Assault Dachshund Security and wait until the rest of you kill each other off in a dispute over too much ice in your soda at a fast food joint that will get way out of hand and trigger WWIII. Call me when the fallout settle down.

I wonder why Nextdoor got so bad so quickly, it seems to be a cesspit everywhere.

I think I left after the same people who were complaining that 'kids today are not willing to work!' were also posting 'hey everybody, there are black kids going around casing your house by pretending to be looking to mow lawns!'

Though I think the icing on the cake was the gleeful story of someone who, when seeing a black man in a car asking their white daughter for directions, ran out of the house screaming and *gasp* the person drived away as if they were scared! This was of course proof that they guy was really a human trafficker or a rapists or someone about to grab their pure child. The whole community rallied around the aggressor.

On the Catturd podcast, Marjorie Taylor Greene said the GOP is the party of Christian nationalism and Christian nationalist policies “serve everyone.”
Christian nationalism only serves the christian nationalists and those that pretend they are. Anyone else is basically fucked.

These people are telling you what they plan to do; believe them.
Like as the waves make towards the pebbled shore,
So do our minutes hasten to their end . . .
