This is like listening to OJ Simpson being questioning about whether or not he was wearing the Bruno Mali shoes in a few dozen photographs.

"They look like my pants at the waist, but below the knee they don't."

I hope Marjorie Taylor Greene is able to remember the way back to the courtroom given her memory issues

She just lied about objections in congress. She said the last three Republican presidents were objected to by Democrats. They weren't. 2005 there was an objection (to George W.) but prior to that it was 1969.

Those elements are that in most jurisdictions evasive and non-responsive answers are not perjury. Only knowingly false specific statements are.

She said "I don't remember" so many times they quit taking breaks because they didn't know if she would remember how to get back to the witness chair.

So, we all know that absolutely nothing is going to happen. She will be on the ballot and the inbred knuckleheads in her district are going to vote for her because she says all the things they think.

I have given up mostly. This country is going to hell in a handbasket because people refuse to think for themselves and live in the echo chamber of their choice.

You know things went poorly when CSPAN is dragging mtg.
CSPAN @cspan wrote: Question to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene: "In fact, you think that Speaker Pelosi is a traitor to the country, right?"

Greene: "I'm not answering that question...I haven't said that."

Q: "Put up plaintiff's exhibit 5."

Greene: "Oh, no. Wait. Hold on now..."

In her case, taking A fifth may have been better.

Lawyer: I’m going to have to object. I actually represent the President and that’s covered by executive privilege
Huge conflict of interest. Supposedly the same attorney is representing Donald Trump
And here we go again with executive privilege which does not extend to a legislator who was not in his administration and he is no longer President anyway (not to mention a conflict of interest as you point out).

I would think that the immediate comeback is:

“Executive privilege can only apply where the current President of the United States of America authorises it.
Has President Biden done so? If not you cannot claim privilege. So answer the question.”

May I suggest France News 24 for international news? They are actually really good, and you have the entire news cycle done in half an hour on the hour.

It’s almost 2:30 in the morning so I’m lying in bed, reading on my iPad Mini. Therefore I’m just going to link to Mike Dunford’s story appearing in The Bulwark but not quote from it -

This Isn’t the Right Way to Get Marjorie Taylor Greene Out of Congress
