She just lied about objections in congress. She said the last three Republican presidents were objected to by Democrats. They weren't. 2005 there was an objection (to George W.) but prior to that it was 1969.

Anyway, whether MTG is committing perjury is a state issue. She's testifying in a state proceeding, not a proceeding where federal law authorizes the oath. I won't talk out of my ass about Georgia perjury law, but my suspicion is that it shares some elements with federal law.

Those elements are that in most jurisdictions evasive and non-responsive answers are not perjury. Only knowingly false specific statements are.

I would think that the immediate comeback is:

“Executive privilege can only apply where the current President of the United States of America authorises it.
Has President Biden done so? If not you cannot claim privilege. So answer the question.”
