What kills people is a society where there are more guns than people. If we outlawed guns today it would be 3 generations before we would be safe from the random sickos walking into churches and playing IRL Doom with an AR-15. But we have to start somewhere.

Marge has it wrong, it's not gun free zones that kill people, it's a gun free for all zone so big that little pockets of no guns don't matter, because they are surrounded on all sides by ammosexual incels just waiting to hear the right voices talking in their heads or on OANN.

Nah, without disgust and loathing there's no fun in it. He's no better than she is. I wonder if he has consolation on the side.

She’s a flinty person. Some like drama daily, some don’t; some like flinty women, some prefer warmfuzzy ones. Seems she’s gotten harder since she took this job. Glad they waited til the kids were older.

Also too I’m having ZERO SUCCESS believing Marjo has kept herself to herself since bursting onto the DC scene. Wouldn’t be the first time she cheated on him.

The divorce case should be interesting. I think if I was her I would just walk away without fighting him to avoid all the shit he's sure to bring up in filings. It never takes long for that stuff to leak.

He might be in for a payday, Marge has got a few bucks. It's why she has time to play a Congressperson on the side of her TV Personality job.

Speculation: Why did he announce this at this time instead of earlier or waiting a few weeks until after the mid-terms? Twitterers are reading a lot into that.

In this episode, mtg proudly votes to defund the entire US. Because of course she does.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene🇺🇸 @RepMTG wrote: Today, I’m voting NO on the continuing resolution to fund America’s 50 states, plus America’s 51st state: Ukraine.

Also in the news, Vladimir Putin has just annexed a large portion of Ukraine. Are we funding Russia, too?

RE: divorce, I read somewhere (sorry no link) that there's a motion or whatever it's called to keep the divorce records under seal so they (the husband?) can have some privacy. MTG is just a bit of a drama queen after all.

They were published on the county website, it said the marriage was "irretrievably broken" or something, nothing juicy though. I was on my phone so I just perused it and didn't save it. When I went back later on my computer, it had been sealed.

I can't find it but maybe it was posted here. There's an article about for years MTG desperately tried to become an influencer and didn't, then someone suggested she run for Congress. She's all about notoriety. (That's obvious but she wasn't political until she found name calling and hideousness overall were the avenues to fame.)

The Republican Accountability Project @AccountableGOP wrote: Marjorie Taylor Greene: "I am not going to mince words with you all. Democrats want Republicans dead and they have already started the killings."

This rhetoric is dangerous and unacceptable.

A new phrase for me - accusation in a mirror - I'd agree that select members of the GOP seem to be the ones inciting violence, not the Dems, and the GOP leadership seem disinclined to stop it. We are not seeing moments like when candidate John McCain on television gently countered an audience member who parroted birtherisms.
