That sort of comes under the heading of "doing what she wants" not what men want to see. Y'all have no idea how tiresome it is to hear men comment on the shape or size or placement of our boobs. I also only got through about 40 of them. The theme seemed to be atrocious, so I didn't see any point, and my computer isn't that slow.

Don't be sad, I'm not. I'm looking forward to it. After all the issues I've had with the chemo and the trips to the hospital and the insane pain and side effects, I'm actually looking forward to getting rid of everything and not having to deal with this shit any more.
Can't wait to see my path results Wed. afternoon. I already have the results from this morning's pre-op blood work, EEG and x-rays and everything looks good. It's the first time since last Sept my numbers have been even close to normal so I'm happy!

Carrie Mulligan and Elle Fanning looked nice. Issa Rae's dress isn't terrible. Cynthy Wu's dress is OK. Some of the guys look pretty nice. I didn't make it past Cynthy Wu, so if there are others that are nice, I just don't know about it because I lost interest.

Kirsten Wiig....WTF? That is beyond awful. I agree that so many of the women's dresses look like they are competing for the worst dressed award.
There's a lot of things that need to change. One specifically? Police brutality.

I know it's easy for me to say, Sugar, but if you decide to go for reconstruction, the results these days are incredible. If one doesn't opt for the sculpted nipple, there are some fantastic tattoo artists that get a very realistic result, even looking 3D.

Whatever you decide, we're all here for you.

As for the fashion pix, all I can say is Will Smith looks good. I've often said I can find a nicer evening gown at Goodwill than I often see on the red carpet. Less is always best. ALWAYS!

There were only two that I loved and one I liked. Will Smith did not disappoint, and Alan Kim in his little red silk suit I loved.

I almost love Issa Rae’s bright red floral gown, but not quite. Really like, yes.

Oh come on Kristin Wiig’s is hysterical! She has a great sense of humor, even on the red carpet.

That muddy greenish satin that Maim Bialek and Rita Moreno wore is just hideous!

The black titcovers (for lack of a better word - they certainly don't constitute a bra or bodice....) make her chest look deflated, and the super-wide V-neck isn't flattering at all. I DO like the black lace shoulder/sleeve/neck piece - that's pretty cool looking, but it's all downhill from there.
Looking at the "black titcovers," they really look more like black face masks. I guess her titties won't get Covid.

I don't know wny, but this works for me. The woman is so beautiful the ensemble acts as a backdrop for her beauty.

I can't explain. This woman's defined arms and skin color with the color of the dress and her blonde hair made me think of an Amazonian queen.

Love that hot pink! You’re right, on anyone else it’s be too much. And…she’s wearing pants, although it took a minnit to realize.

One style I don’t like - the bell-shaped skirt that goes all the way to the floor so you can’t see their feet. It looks wrong.

I dont understand.

There was a complaint about the packaging of Gaga's "girls" at the BAFTAs up above somewhere.

And silence about the Oscars? WtF?

There were a couple of stunners this year at the Oscars but I’m on my phone this morning so I’ll wait for someone else to post them.

Here's Jada Pinkett Smith arriving at the Oscars. I love this dress. I realize it's a lot of dress and the photo of her standing still doesn't do it justice. I saw a clip of her arriving and she looked like she was floating across tropical fronds. I think she looks fabulous (and as for the shaved head, I was unaware she suffered from alopecia. I would have thought it a fashion statement as she is clearly capable of pulling it off).

That’s one! Stunning! If there were iridescent blue in there I’d say peacock, but tropical fronds for sure.

I'm doing the nerd equivalent of washing my hair--I'm busy reorganizing my library, so no time to watch*!

*also, I don't have a television, and don't watch movies, so the fashion would be the ONLY thing of interest LOL.

I started watching the Oscars, but didn't last much past the opening monologue - or would it be a tri-logue since there were three women doing the intro bit? Anyway, I mostly watch it for the fashions, and the internet is pretty good about photos afterward of the best / worst fashion statements without having to sit through boring speeches about movies I've never heard of. Oh, I did happen to tune to the Oscars when they were singing What about Bruno? and that was fun to see.
