A real barrel of laughs is this episode, “The Squatch has no Heroes”
I listened to this one with my earbuds in while I was gardening and couldn’t stop laughing— the neighbors probably thought I had lost it… lol

It is absolutely worth listening to…

They also have the attorneys on sometimes to discuss the various depositions of current and former infowars employees.

Whenever they need a little breaky from Alex, they will find a Project Camelot video like the one with Squatch commander to laugh at.

Agreed. I was just wondering if he would have a heart attack or a stroke. He's not healthy, physically and mentally.

This is one of the producers on the stand for cross-exam. I think she was trying to change her story, the judge reminds her several times that her deposition testimony is under oath.

She admits the article/titles are clickbait and also says it is not her job to verify the accuracy, that is for the audience to decide.

I dipped in and out of the Court livestream and came to the definite, if unsurprising, conclusion that the staff at Infowars are just as despicable as Jones. Another example of people behaving completely unethically for the money.

Thanks for posting this, NT, I watched some of her testimony live (I was able to see maybe three hours of the trial over a couple of days) but the sound was awful and I wanted to see more.

Thoughts: I really like Bankston for the plaintiff. He does not push and is always amiable, but makes a point when called for. Most of the time the witness just buries herself. We're talking "they were just tourists" level of denial and obvious deceit. She says she can't speak for West--except for when she assures the jury that she knows exactly what West was thinking.

She's not really trying to change her testimony: the issue related to that was whether or not she researched the guests on the show and vetted their credentials. Her position is that she did the best she could, but obviously she couldn't be expected to do a thorough job vetting every guest, because 1) there were so many guests and she had a lot to do and Sandyhook was not a front-burner issue (!), and 2) the show is an opinion show and people come on and give their opinions,w which is their right.

Her bottom line is that West was "just asking questions." She phrases it as "looking for the truth."

Her testimony is disgusting for its rejection of objective reality.
