I tend to dislike music technique videos as the people tend to be 10 feet up their own ass. But this one is kinda interesting as it goes into the background of the technique used.

Some of you may remember I used to keep honeybees. Ze Frank does some great videos about animals and nature, and here is one he just did about bees. During my years of beekeeping and the arduous journey of becoming a Master Beekeeper I had to read volumes and volumes of books about Honeybee biology and the natural history of honeybees. One of my favorite books is Honeybee Democracy and I actually would recommend this book to anyone who supervises or manages people. I linked the book below the video. Much of what is contained in Ze Frank's video can be found in that book, particularly regarding the studies that were conducted on how honeybees make decisions on a new home once the queen bee decides it's time to split the hive (the hive itself reproduces and is considered to be an organism) in the well known event called "swarming".
Edit: Ze Frank's video is very brief, for a really full explanation of how honeybees make decisions, read the book linked below. It's fascinating.
I don't know. Maybe this is an interesting Youtube? You tell me.

I like "Shit Wing". Imma gonna start calling 'em that.
She doesn't have an American accent - but she does sound like she learned English as a second language in America.
