How about some handbells (I rather like this one as they eventually rock with handbells)?

Of course I had to add a Pipe Organ
Maybe you like some guitar and drums to your organ and a nice gothic like building (where the long reverb times can be a challenge on some music).

Common meter (8.6.8.6) is common and fun. Fun fact, you can sing the Amazing Grace text to ther Gilligan's Island tune, so you could do the same with the Stairway tune.
