I've often have day dream fantasies about going back in time and giving composers a listen to what modern takes on their music sound like.

I really think ol' JSB would enjoy Tull's take on Bouree, but I kinda doubt that Modest Mussorgsky would like Emerson, Lake, and Palmer's version of "Pictures At An Exhibition" for example.
Has everybody heard about the bird?
