We see story after story of sportsballers behaving just as bad as possible.

But there are current/former players/coaches that actually are decent and make a difference in lives that aren't their immediate family.

The first one I'll post is Warrick Dunn, played college football at Florida State and in the NFL with the Atlanta Falcons.

His police officer mother was murdered in Baton Rouge when Warrick was a senior in high school. With the help of his grandmother he raised his 5 brothers and sisters while excelling at football at Florida State.

As a rookie in the NFL (1997) he founded Homes For The Holidays, starting a charity that has placed 217 single mothers into homes so far. He has 3 other programs to aid folks less fortunate than he was.
