Sometimes the will to do something overcomes whatever is put in it's way. Stacey Kohut, injured in a playground accident, doesn't let things get in his way.

There's some serious materials engineering going on there. An entirely passive system that maintains momentum without fracturing in extreme terrain. Pretty amazing.

Wow. Good job by these women making something usable from the water hyacinths. The enormity of the problem suggests someone needs to make a boat that can harvest vast amounts quickly like a giant lawnmower.
