1. That is a seriously big airplane to be barnstorming that close to the ground... He's probably below the 500 foot altitude minimum that aircraft usually have to observe.
2. They're running out of good names for the fires. Kind of like how the government has a lot of boring code names for secret military programs. The aircraft represented by "Have Blue," "Tacit Blue," "Oxcart," "Tagboard" and "Senior Crown" are remarkable achievements (look them up) but don't sound very interesting with the code name. (Modern intelligence community code names are chosen by the programs themselves these days, not some central authority like in the past, so they can be rather amusing, even if they don't give anything away about what the program does. I could give examples but then I'd have to kill you...)
