His case received national and international attention when anti-vaccine protestors encouraged him to sign himself out of the hospital on Tuesday week last.

The protestors had claimed that Mr McCarron was being forced into the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital.

The protestors filmed Mr McCarron’s release from the hospital.

In the video which was put up on social media, doctors are heard pleading with Mr McCarron to remain in hospital.

Mr McCarron was released but was rushed back into hospital two days later on Thursday last after having severe breathing difficulties.

Face-Mask Confrontation Sees Mom Allegedly Encouraging Child to Punch School Bus Monitor

A New York motheris facing harassment charges after a heated dispute over her child wearing a mask.

Laine Mulye, 35, of Macedon, New York, got into a physical dispute with a school bus monitor on Thursday after her child was told they had to wear a face mask, according to a report from local news station, WROC. During the incident, Mulye allegedly encouraged her child to punch the monitor over their enforcement of the district's rules.

The Macedon Police Department confirmed to WROC that Mulye was taken into custody and transported to Wayne County Jail on Thursday. She now faces charges of second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. She also appeared in court on Friday on an order of protection request.

An attorney for the Gananda mother accused of being involved in a physical altercation with a bus monitor recently says the family is taking action.

Laine Mulye, 35, of Macedon was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after a physical altercation with the unnamed monitor.

The school has exceptions for masking on buses. Mulye’s attorney, Chad Hummel, an outspoken critic of mask mandates and other COVID-related regulations, said that in this case the student fell into one of the exception categories.

“Soon after getting on, the bus monitor basically started screaming at this young child who has special needs,” Hummel explained to 13WHAM. “That’s where my client stepped in on behalf of her son.”

Police say the verbal and physical altercation continued to escalate. Hummel says Muyle’s son has a medical exemption and isn’t required to wear a mask. He says the school knew a doctor’s note was forthcoming.

He says the superintendent was aware of the upcoming medical notice, but that didn’t prevent the incident from unfolding.

Mulye has been outspoken about mask requirements in schools. She spoke at a virtual hearing over the summer on the topic.

“If that means parents choosing to mask their children, then that is their right,” she said at the time. “In the same, I implore the Gananda School District to please make masks optional.”

Hummel claims Mulye is being targeted for her stance on masks. The district disputes it.

The incident did result in Mulye’s son being suspended from use of the bus for a week.

And how is the district targeting the mom? She initiated the physical assault.

I read in several places the Laine Mulye had a GoFundMe for legal fees. I think it was taken down because I can't find it.

Even if the coronavirus crisis goes away, I'm not sure the damage it has caused to my opinion of human nature will ever recover.

I see it all the time. It's difficult to deny a request for exemption based on a religious belief, no need to belong a religion, just a deep personal belief in most cases. The internet provides how to write the request, the questions that the person needs to answer, and how to answer them.

People are refusing to return to low income jobs. Some employers here are raising entry level pay. It's $10.10/hr in Hawaii. Target is now paying $15/hr for new hires without work experience. It's also offering tailored hours. For example, parents who only work while the kids are in school and students who need flexibility depending on their semester schedule. That's a good thing.

Across the US more people are choosing to retire earlier than they had planned. Some realized that their employers just don't care about them.
I know that's happening here. Employees want to continue or return to working remotely, and for good reasons. For example, they have family members that are at high risk. Or the employee is at risk, pretty common for employees 60+. And the employees realize that they are just not valued.
And of course, we are realizing just how many people are dangerous. Attacks on buses, airplanes, stores, etc. Anti-science. No care for the people around them. Selfish. The list goes on and on.

He’s got thirty years in and has already retired and gone back. I wonder what his religious reasons are for not wanting to get vaxxed, they had him on over five minutes and spent all of two seconds on that, the whole reason why there is a story.
