I couldn’t find a magic thread so here it is.

Yahoo’s been sending me things like this so maybe it’ll catch on (or not):

Perhaps you’ve tried Rubics cube ?
(Based on previous responses you won’t admit it):

When I used to go to Antwerp regularly for business I sometimes had to stay over a weekend. I had time to walk about the city center. The cathedral had life-sized statues depicting its construction. A street performer would dress up like the statues and kneel amongst them with a hammer and a chisel. Next to him was a bowl for coins. Every time someone put a coin in the bowl he would strike the chisel with the hammer. Kids out with their parents for a weekend stroll loved it. I may even have dropped in a coin or two myself. ;)

One of my favorite shows to watch (re:magic) is Penn and Teller's Fool Us.

Penn & Teller are awesome. I've had the opportunity to see them a few times in Vegas over the last twenty-some years. Once got a chance to do a meet & greet with them and Teller was out of character, totally talking it up. Freaked me out! Dunno why I just assumed he was always like that

I saw and heard him speaking on a show about Houdini not too long ago. Actually, two shows. I think in the first one, they shadowed his face when he spoke, but not in the second one.

Yep, Teller's "muteness" has always been a part of their act. The whole gig is showmanship/performance. Yes, he can speak.

As he did on an episode of Big Bang.

now that's crude.

Let's see how the expert does it, first the traditional way that requires expierience, in the second half of the clip using a tool that lets anyone work easily on the lock.

To note, when done by this non-destructive way the lock mechanism can be reused with a new set of keys, the code for filing the key read from the tool. A locksmith could also repin the core to a matching key already owned.
