Rep. George Santos’ campaign filed paperwork Tuesday listing a new campaign treasurer but provided scant detail about the mysterious man apparently tapped to track the truth-challenged New York congressman’s coffers.

A statement of organization for Santos’ campaign listed Andrew Olson as the new treasurer. But it gave no phone number for Olson, and provided the same address for him — 9002 Queens Blvd. in Queens — that Santos has listed as his own address in prior filings.

There did not appear to be evidence that anyone named Andrew Olson had ever served as treasurer for a federal election campaign. The last treasurer named by Santos’ campaign said he was not not, in fact, Santos’ treasurer, and had not authorized forms stating that he was.

Gosh, is this a new persona, Andrew Olson, for George? "We" think highly probable.

Dang, suddenly my phone started blowing up... missed calls, tons of texts... it was Foggy! He was aggressively insisting I drop everything to watch this 40-minute interview with Kitara and the guy he called his other favorite person, Piers Morgan. He said it was the most fascinating interview he's ever seen and watched it again and again and again.*

Piers walks through every lie, and Kitara dodges every question. Investigators will be watching it with interest.

* In the spirit of Kitara, everything up to the asterisk is not true.

Thank you orlylicious for posting the full interview. I'm not much of a fan of Piers but I think he did a good job.

As for our Tardis, I believe I have complained before about making sure the sign-out sheet is in order.

And agree Neon, I find Piers to be a total irritant but he handled it well. When Kitara kept claiming "personal life" exemptions, the way Morgan kept saying No it's because you put that information on your website, resume, etc was excellent. IIRC there are multiple photos/videos of Kitara in drag, it wasn't "Once" as she kept insisting. And her deflection that "Rudy did it too" and Morgan's reply was LOL. No idea why Kitara did this, as careful as she was, it seems likely LE will find errors and lies in her statements that will make this interview famous in his coming investigations/trials. Can't find anything positive for Kitara in doing this but glad she did. As you all know, I'm rooting for Kitara to stay in Congress until 2024 so she can be held up as another face of the GOP. She can't do any damage in the House, she's a freshman, but her huge name ID will help Democratic admakers.
