Cooking beef tenderloin, Yorkshire puddings, green beans, cheesecake. Staying indoors and building a fire, as it is supposed to be in the negative teens here in Ohio. Listening to music including Bruce Springsteen's new CD Only the Strong Survive. I'm not sure whether CDs even exist any longer but my son will let me know.

So sorry, dearest Gregg. We love you, and your dachsund hordes.

It is possible this will be the only invasive procedure I need but I couldn't get them to say probably, just possibly.
So my Christmas will be spent starving 🙃 and getting ready for that.

Having cancer sucks. Having cancer close to a special occasion or holiday sucks even worse.
There are half a dozen or so of us here who have been through it right now, so feel free to reach out or vent or whatever you need to do.

JT, I’ve been thinking about your situation all night. My heart goes out to you and your family.

NPD could become even more of a scourge in our society. Last estimate I saw was 20% of corporate America had NPD CEOs which, when you think about it, is probably good for the company’s bottom line. But they’re pushing out non-NPD CEOs, by attrition (no one wants to work for one) or more direct action (firing, Musking). This is a big part of Elon and why he must leave Twitter.

I've been shot. I've been in a tank that got shot. Dealing with this particular NPD is worse, by many factors of ugly.

We’re heading to Colorado to visit with family - gonna be verrrry chiiiillly, but should still be a great time!

So sorry, JT8 and Gregg, for what you’re both dealing with. Please take care of yourselves and treasure the people who love you. And don’t forget your fellow FBers are always here for you.

Namaste.

Mojo is still picking up the pieces since he was dispatched by his younger sister and found his younger brother dead the day after a year ago.

Meanwhile Mojo the Estate Admin is beginning a new onsite position in RI after fielding too many Hindirecruiters, their managers, their remote-on-remote-managers...etc.

Hey, I learned on a manual and I am grateful for it. The other kids with "pumped up kicks" were a little jealous of my skill, I think.
Still looking for my next car.. (yeah, I have been talking about this for a year).
I like the Nissan Murano, but reviews/ratings are not stellar. I will find something.
