The Shofar, even when played well, is not exactly the king of instruments and it certainly does not have fantastic significance. It's an early form of a Trumpet or Bugle used to relay battlefield commands, like lots of Musical instruments have been used through history.
On the contrary, the shofar plays an important part in the Jewish faith. The shofar was very important in the Old Testament, and it continues to play a role in today's Jewish rituals. See Wikipedia's Shofar
It's the whole 'make the walls of Jericho come tumbling down', I suppose.
But the sunshine aye shall light the sky,
As round and round we run;
And the truth shall ever come uppermost,
And justice shall be done.

TFG had another cofefe moment when he punched in electron instead of election. He really needs to put the phone down. It's a lesson he will never learn.

Orlylicious, I want to thank you for whatever it is you do at election time. You disappear (I used to worry) and then pop up exhausted but still energetic somehow.

I don’t know what you do but I imagine it’s some kind of magic. Thank you for it. It’s working. Don’t stop. :lovestruck:

People weren't 'forced to wait hours'. Those people CHOSE to wait hours (assumes that people did actually wait hours, waiting for evidence on all those claims) because they didn't want to vote by mail to make it easy on themselves. Because YOU told them not to trust the vote by mail.

So whose fault is it, Donnie?

Excuses, excuses.

And this assumes there are Democratic districts in the Phoenix area with perfectly working machines, and short lines.

In a way, I've almost been hoping for Lake to win, because it would be really entertaining for a long time, and I think it would turn out to be a disaster for the MAGAts. But Tes and raison live there, so ... no.

Anyway, it's been five days since the election, and I'm hoping they will be able to tell me who won someday.

I strongly feel that osg has no idea how elections werk. What does that mean “even Kari Lake was taken to vote in a liberal democratic district”? Does he think polling places are chosen for their partisan lean?

As hard as they’ve been trying, Republicans just can’t make things work. Why on earth should we elect them?

It is an agricultural state. Perhaps they used cattle chutes to divide voters by party affiliation, and since the D's largely voted by mail, their lines were shorter and faster. I'm just spitballin here.

Arizona needs to rent a stadium and count all the ballots from Maricopa County by hand. I'm sure there are hundreds of volunteers who can help. They need to check for the presence of bamboo fibers, using ultraviolet lighting and microscopes.

An audit. I hear Doug Logan is available. :daydreaming:
