Excellent analysis of AZ and NV by Jay Kuo. Why can't the MSM write articles like this?

Actually both Steve Kornacki and John Berman on MSNBC and CNN have been doing this same kind of analysis. Neither of them, however, have come off as certain as Kuo about the nature of the remaining ballots.

Also, the Clark County elections official just gave an update. He said the number of ballots delivered by the post office dropped from roughly 12k yesterday to 625 today and, as a result, he expects that will keep dropping through Saturday, whereas as Kuo was predicting thousands more would be coming in.

Does this mean that we're all going across the River Styx without any redemption or salvation?

Reminds me of one of my infrequent readings of the Old Testament, where I read that a Prophet had said the King would be killed at a certain battle, and the King basically said "These other guys predict success so I'm off. And when I come back you are sooooo dead," and the Prophet says simply "If the King returns then the Lord does not speak through me."

There's a lot of screaming and outrage, there but very little "God is doing this and that, God Promises this and that, and if it does not happen then God does not speak through me."

You really have to wonder why they think the sound of Farting blown through a Cattle's Horn will do... something. The Shofar, even when played well, is not exactly the king of instruments and it certainly does not have fantastic significance. It's an early form of a Trumpet or Bugle used to relay battlefield commands, like lots of Musical instruments have been used through history.

Now, if they had a Pipe Organ at the side of the street I would be impressed.

On the contrary, the shofar plays an important part in the Jewish faith. The shofar was very important in the Old Testament, and it continues to play a role in today's Jewish rituals. See Wikipedia's Shofar

The thing is, though, that some Christians adopt some Old Testament rites / instruments / etc. in order to appear more fundamentally Christian. From that Wikipedia article: "U.S. Christian nationalists in a group called the Shofar Army have appropriated the use of the shofar into their political-religious activities." That blurb cites to an article from Salon titled He's on a mission from God: Pennsylvania GOP candidate Doug Mastriano's war with the world

This young man ran a fairly remarkable campaign, one that I hope may serve as a model. He won the LA City Controller race in a landslide, running against an established candidate with more funds. How did do it? He presented factual information and data in a manner that voters could understand, displaying the accountability required for the job.

Got news for our buddies over at Meidas.
